We're located on the 6th floor in an elevator building. Onsite are two large HEATED swimming pools, free underground parking. We have FREE Hi-Speed WiFi and all the high end finishes you would want in a vacation home like granite countertops, marble floors, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge and large Flat Screens with smart TVs .

Both the Living Room and Master suite have ocean views and open to the balcony.. The spacious living room opens to the wrap-around balcony. Sip your coffee or margarita and watch the boats from your private balcony. The large stainless steel BBQ is great to cook your catch (or your steak).

Don't miss the chance to go to your private rooftop deck with jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and comfy sectional sofa. You can watch awesome sunsets as well as the boats in the bay all lit up at night. If you're lucky you'll see some firework celebrations from the local resorts.

The master suite is spacious and has a king bed, large screen TV and a slider with a Juliette balcony looking to the hills. The other slider opens to the wrap-around balcony. The suite has a private bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower as well as a closet for hanging clothes with a safe inside.

The spacious guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be made into 1 king bed upon request. The large guest bathroom has huge walk-in shower. Your condo is setup and fully equipped for every need with an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo has everything-- hair dryers, iron, toiletries, luxurious extra large towels and sheets.

Medano beach is a short walk to the end of the road. It is one of the few swimmable beaches and is perfect for all types of water sports. When you step onto the beach you'll have a myriad of activities to do: jet skis, SU Paddle boards, kayaks, water taxis (takes you to Lovers Beach or to the Marina in town). the beach is lined with bars and restaurants. Lounge on the beach while your waiter brings you a old beer or margarita. THE BEST! Don't miss the fun at Mango Deck or the craziness at The Office.

Just step outside the gates of this completely secured complex with 24/7 Security and you are one block to the Medano Beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. If you want to explore the town it's about a 15 min walk to the center (or a 5 min taxi). Enjoy morning and evening walks along the miles of beach. We love to have Happy Hour at Tabasco's and watch the sunset on the beach.
