- This 3-story cabin requires stairs to enter and reach the kitchen on the 2nd floor. There is a bedroom and a full bathroom on the 1st floor
- Seasonal RV parking is allowed from April through October. Snowy conditions and the switchback in the road can make driving up difficult in the winter months
- 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months to access the property
- The garage is not available for guest use
- There is a natural spring off the main road, by the entrance of the property. Locals will stop throughout the day to get water
- This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 2 children due to the property being well-produced. Any additional guests will cause a deficit in water availability
- This home is best suited for a maximum of 8 adults
- This property does not offer air conditioning
