The is a dining area can seat six people with use of the farmhouse bench making this a great gathering space as it seamlessly flows into the living room and to the ocean front patio beyond. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and smart TV which is the best way to unwind after a long day in the sun.

Just off the living room is the ocean front master suite. Complete with a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet with plenty of space to store your items, and an ensuite that has a walk-in shower, updated cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The two sound front guest rooms are accessed for the hall near the foyer. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking fees may apply and will be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
