"Cottage On The Green" overlooks the second green of the Webhannet Golf Course in the popular Kennebunk Beach area. We have enjoyed over 50 consecutive 5 star reviews. The home is walking distance to Mother's beach, Webhannet Golf Club and KBIA. It is roughly 1.75 miles to Kennebunkport. The house is decorated in beach motif. The colors are light and warm. The home has large windows and is nice and bright. There is plenty of room to play outside.

The home was recently fully renovated and features hard wood floors throughout, granite counters, new stainless steel appliances. 3 bedrooms, (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins), 2.5 baths, full laundry, 2 car garage, large drive way, extra parking in the back, and 2 decks with outdoor furniture,

Our goal is to have your relax from the minute you arrive, so we stock the house with some items to get you started - these include:
Paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, tin foil, plastic wrap, napkins, plastic utensils for the beach, plastic cups, garbage bags, Laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, hand soap at each sink and a bag of ice.
If you need more during your stay, they can be purchased at the local grocery store.

Additionally we provide the following for your enjoyment:

3 TV’s, DVD player, DVD’s 15+, Stereo with Cd’s,
Games – Yatzee, Monopoly, Playing Cards, Cribbage and others.

Kitchen
This house has been described by one veteran VRBO patron as "the best stocked house he has ever visited." In addition to a full array of cutlery and dishes the home is equipped with:
2 Refrigerators – one in kitchen and one in garage. All new stainless steel appliances Cooktop – (Viking), Oven – (GE), Dishwasher (Bosch), toaster oven, microwave, Kuerig Coffee Maker and tradtional drip pot as well, cookie trays, Casserole dishes, colander, large salad bowl, lobster pot, tongs, lobster eating tools, can opener, whisk, measuring spoons, ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, wooden spoons, tea kettle, blender, veggie peeler, serving platters, cutting board, steak knives and a supply of condiments including salt, pepper, mayo, ketchup, mustard, some spices. Sugar and sweetners.

Outdoor and beach items:
Beach toys - shovels, skim boards, pails, etc. - beach cart, beach chairs (6), Bikes (4) one boy’s and one girl’s, Cooler – small and large, Beach towels – (12).
Front deck - Round 60” table, 4 chairs and a bench to sit on.
Back deck – Round 60” table, 4 chairs, Gas grill– one propane tank provided for gas grill and one for the gas outdoor fire pit
Home is located on the golf course, so bring your clubs!!

Amazing Time in Kennebunk

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kennebunk. It was walking distance to the beaches and located right on the golf course Kevin and Wendy were very welcoming and answered any questions that we had during our stay. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect vacation home

Paradise on the golf course!

Great host,beautiful location over looking the golf course. Home has everything you need , just bring your food. Centrally located to all the hot spots in Maine.

Beautiful Vacation Home

The property was perfect for our family. We loved the golf course views and the short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate. The Hosts Kevin and Wendy communicated with us and recommended activities and restaurants. This is a 5-star vacation home with 5-star hosts!!

Wonderful, well-stocked home in Kennebunk Beach

This house was a wonderful place our family of five adults for the week. We walked to the beach several times. My brother-in-law and I played golf, and we were able to relax inside and outside on the decks. This home was the best furnished & stocked (condiments, coffee, kitchen supplies, linens, etc.) of the many places we have stayed. The owners were VERY responsive, though we only needed to contact them with some questions.

Cottage on the Green

A gourmet kitchen awaits you with views of a golf course. Wine,Flowers and chocolate chip cookies that my husband just loved. Scarlett our Golden Doddle found living on a golf course exhilarating. The decor was perfect and bottle of wine the perfect Way to experience our first night. The golf,people in the area very cordial. Kevin and Wendy were great hosts. A short walk to the beach and great weather made our stay memorable.

A fantastic vacation week

My family of four stayed at the Cottage on the Green last week. It far exceeded our expectations. The home is just the right size, includes abundant creature comforts and amenities, and the location can't be beat. Kevin and Wendy are gracious and accommodating hosts. They reached out the day of our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and promptly communicated when we had questions throughout the week. We highly recommend the Cottage on the Green. Beautiful house on the golf course!

We had a great stay at the cottage on the Green in Kennebunk. When we got there there was even a tray of cookies and a bottle of wine in the fridge and some water. The house is very well appointed and has everything that you could possibly need. The only thing that I would say needs Improvement is possibly a couple of ceiling fans maybe in the kitchen and family room or somehow some air conditioners because it was very hot in the kitchen and the living room during the day. Other than that we love the house in the area had a great family vacation. The owners were wonderful and great to deal with!

Wonderful Long Weekend

My family (3 Adults and 2 Kids) spent a wonderful long weekend at the Cottage on the Green. The location of the property was superb, the home was exactly as described, and the owners were rock solid communicators! We especially loved the personal note, wine, flowers and cookies we were greeted with upon our arrival (much needed after our drive). We can’t wait to come back!

Golf lovers haven

We loved this home because it is cozy, offers an easy walk to the beach with our dog, plus the ability to watch great golf all day & play when we wanted to. Excellent getaway!

Relax on the Green

That's the first time we rent this cottage. We were impress by the quiet location on the golf. We were welcome by fresh flowers and a bottle of wine in the refrigerator. Perfect house - Perfect Location - Perfect Rental Experience

The Cottage On The Green is an incredible house just a short 5-8 minute walk from Mother’s Beach in Kennebunk. The house had everything we needed. Kevin had perfect communication. We were even greeted by fresh flowers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine. My 84/80yo parents loved sitting on the patio sipping their morning coffees while watching the golfers approach and putt on hole 2 of the Webhannet Golf Club. Such a beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend the place for a family beach getaway or even just a relaxing retreat for golf enthusiasts. There were almost too many great restaurants within five miles to count. We will most certainly stay here again. Thank you for the perfect rental experience Kevin.

Perfect ocean retreat...

We felt very welcomed the moment we walked in. With an 8 minute walk to the ocean, it is hard to go wrong. The place was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Access to fire pit and bikes were great! We look forward to future stays at Cottage on the Green!

Four night getaway

The Cottage on the Green was perfect for our fall family getaway with my husband and two adult children. It was clean, comfortable, and loved that it was pet friendly to include our family dog. The owner, Kevin, was super responsive and accommodating as even arranged to convert the twin beds to a king. We loved the location right on the golf course as enjoyed watching as well as playing. Plus being so close to the beach we were able to take family walks mornings and evenings for some playtime with our dog and beautiful ocean views. We found some of our favorite restaurants closed mid-week but with the well appointed kitchen and grill we were able to easily cook meals right at the house and ate out when we could. We enjoyed evenings around the fire pit, playing music on the blue-tooth device, yard games and Yahtzee as the house has so many entertainment offerings. Our family agreed this was one of our favorite rentals. Highly recommend.

Perfect vacation rental

The Cottage on the Green was absolutely delightful! Ideal and quiet location close to the beach, with a comfortable and very functional layout for a Maine vacation. The house was spotless and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers go by. Kevin was a fabulous host and available to help if needed. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Three day getaway

Beautiful setting overlooking second green, short walk to beach, short drive to restaurants and shops. House was full of books, games and puzzles. House was clean, spacious, and inviting.

AWESOME RENTAL

Perfect location. Enjoyed being adjacent to 2nd green and watching the golfers - good and bad. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We will surely be back. Nice walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

This home is unique in the that it is so close to the beach and located on the golf course. The proximity to Kennebunk Center and Kennebunkport Center makes it a perfect rental. You will love the laid back atmosphere of Kennebunk Beach. If you have children, the camp at KBIA is simply the best.
