Beautiful, bright upstairs 1 bedroom + loft and 2 bathroom unit. Window AC in bedroom only , ceiling fans throughout the unit. Extended living room for extra space with great view of sunset. Wi-Fi, 60 inch smart TV in living room. Additional TV in bedroom. Standing showers in both bathrooms . Spacious unit, modern kitchen with all the amenities. Comfortable King bed in master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the loft. Laundry center for your convenience, with all linens and towels provided.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property is located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by the two beautiful manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a grate place to relax, rewind, restores, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to he hotel and a lovely sheltered beach where you can swim, snorkel, and surfing. We have our pools with lounge chairs, an out door shower, and a charcoal BBQ grill. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts if home as you experience Aloha!

One of the mattresses on a bed located upstairs, reeked of urine. The smell was so strong we had to put another bed cover and sheet on the bed so our kids could sleep on the bed. There were plenty of towels but most had stains on them. The kitchen had no salt, pepper or oil which every condo I have ever rented had basic kitchen supplies that had been left behind. There was also NO soap in the kitchen to wash the dishes. There was also only one beach chair to use. Staying at Turtle Bay is a good location on Oahu but this unit was not impressive.

This was a fine condo. It would have been nice to have a broom to use with the dustpan in the closet. Also there was a pac and play in the closet that was not mentioned so I had rent a crib. I know that there is not a pantry provided but pepper to go along with the salt would have been nice. The tub does not work and that was not mentioned in the listing so bathing the baby was a chore. The condo is in a great location. Those few things would have made the stay even better.

Great place to stay

Excellent property and location to stay . Check in and out was super simple. The place was super clean and a great location to stay at. I wish they had beach stuff to use like other property's in the area we have stayed at had. Also be warned not even salt and pepper was in the place to use.

Great Location, Cozy Accommodations

Our family of four adults was visiting the north shore for a few days and found this location to be very comfortable and well appointed. This area was quiet and scenic. The unit is a short walk away from large quiet beaches, coffee shop, and restaurant. Thanks!

This place is terrible. It was so hot we were miserable. Furniture is dirty and in need of a serious update. It had no outside seating, a very small camper type shower. Only air conditioning one bedroom at front of apartment.the loft where the 2 additional beds are was smoldering hot with no air flow. The beds had dirty comforters, the kitchen floor was filthy and moldy bathrooms. They did send house keeping out to do some cleaning for us like some clean bed linens and change the molding shower curtain. Do not recommend if you want to be comfortable.

Overall the location is great. Turtle Bay is amazing.The condo itself is in need of a refresh. As mentioned in other reviews, the tub is still broken and the two showers are pretty small. It was July, it is Hawaii, therefore it is hot. The loft was very hot with a little ventilation despite several fans. The primary bedroom was pleasant - The AC unit did the job.Communication with management was clear and quick.

It is a nice condo but it is very hot upstairs during the day, nighttime is better. They have lots of fans which help but then it's too noisy to talk. There is only ac in the bedroom downstairs but if they put one upstairs it would be way better. Everything else was fine. The big tub is not working but the two showers did fine. The kitchen was nice and the washer/dryer.

Its too hot for our kids nap time in the loft during the day. There was a bunch of fans which help a lot but then it is loud and hard to talk to each other. Nice kitchen and washer/dryer. The pools are nice. It would have been helpful to know there are charcoal grills not gas.

A Great way to Enjoy The North Shore

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to The North Shore for many years; this was a first for a condo rental experience and I have to say it exceeded my accommodation expectations! Five adults stayed very comfortably in the one bedroom & loft with the two double beds. The added bath in the loft was essential. The condo was very clean; sprayed frequently to control the pests that are a natural part of a tropical environment; we did not see any. The location was spectacular but a rental car was an added bonus for the frequent trips into Haleiwa which has so much to offer for island shopping and tremendous food variety. Our favourite eat spot was Lei Leis which is just footsteps from the condo and offers great food and service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.The reservation company was great to deal with; check in and out were both effortless. It was a great week and we will certainly book again!

Met our needs for the short stay

Place was okay. The reviews before me are accurate. Very hot inside and a couple of the fans didn’t work well or made a sound like the motor was giving out. The tub inside was out of order which is a bummer when you have young children you need to bath (showers aren’t always ideal for littles). The place was cleaned but you could tell after many renters and the age of the place it’s worn down a bit. Kitchen essentials like olive oil and pepper would have been appreciated. All we had was salt, so purchase ahead of time. Note there is no lanai at this place, just large sliding windows. At one point we got locked out of the unit when the automatic door lock failed. Maintenance took a long time to respond (25 min) and we missed a scheduled catamaran ride with family, we were all so sad. The pluses are a bedroom for adults away from the kids, a pack n play, and it was quiet (no neighbor noise). The beach on the other side of the red horse stables has jagged rocks but it’s a beautiful formation, but the sand reminded me of sesame seeds or coarse salt (not quite the soft Hawai’i sand I was hoping for). Short walk up to turtle bay resort for delicious food/coffee, and to the right of the resort is a public access beach which wasn’t busy and very beautiful! If I came back to the north store I’d stay at the Kuilima Estates again but probably not this unit.

We enjoyed the beach very much. This particular condo however was a little bit of a disappointment. Good first, good beds,bedding,towels,kitchen stocked,hot water, dishwasher,fridge. The pool was beautiful. Kids had a great time there. Not so good! It needs TLC by owener. MBath needs fixed. boards covering pipes are not secured and need repaired, very tacky and kept falling over revealing dirty plumbing behind the wall. I was looking forward to the Jacuzzi tub as there were 6 of us. Labeled out of order on arrival. Not even hooked up to water. No washer, we tried washing towels, it sounded like it was running but after lifting the lid, it had no water and the soap pod was intact on top of the laundry. We tried just drying them, it vents into the condo and cooked us out! It was so hot in there it was almost impossible to sleep upstairs every night. No ventilation, we were supplied with many fans but it just didn't work. We felt guilty to have the AC in the Mbedroom but much appreciated. I called ahead and was told there was a blow dryer. Nope! After 4 days of leaving messages because nobody answered, I went begging on my own and found someone checking out of 39. I took theirs. We did have a wonderful time, just the condo itself was not worth what we paid.

We are sorry you stay with us was less than perfect. Unfortunately that Jacuzzi is not operable and not advertised, condo just has two showers. Will be sure to clarify that in description. The washer has since been fixed including the boards, and the hair dryer replaced.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 3 nights in June of 2024 and very disappointed in this rental. Mice poop all along the wall in the master bedroom, garbage on the floor like it had not been vacuumed, extra blankets in the closet were stained so badly we wondered if they had ever been washed, master tub out of order with a big ugly sign on it. This unit has no lanai and is very dated. The garbage disposal had a horrid smell coming from it. We put a towel over the opening so we could be in the Kitchen. We did not want the management company coming in on their time to disrupt us and vacuum and we knew they would likely not be able to remedy the smell or the broken tub. Our few days of time were precious to us so we emailed management after we checked out to ask for just our cleaning deposit back and they very curtly said no. Also upon arrival we were so busy trying to get my elderly parents situated in the their rental that we forgot to write down the code for the pool and walked over to it with my parents. We text to ask for the code once we realized we were locked out and were told that we needed to walk back and get it from our book!!! Wow! Luckily there were some kind people at the pool who let us in and told us the code since management wouldn't. We also never received a gate code before arrival so we had to use my parents because their manager fortunately took care of them and cared about the quality of their stay. My family will use another company next time we are here that understands hospitality.

The rooms were clean and as nice as expected. Loved having the quiet golf course in the back and watching the geckos on the railings near the window screens.It caught me off guard that there was no shampoo, but it was documented...I just missed it.Overall, it was a great location for enjoying activities on the North shore.

The condo was clean. It was cute and the layout worked well for our group. The host was quick to respond to our questions.Couple things to note:AC is only in the master bedroom with only a single oscillating fan for the kitchen, living and loft areas.For a fully stocked kitchen, I would expect at least basic spices. There was not even salt and pepper available. No foil or plastic wrap, no containers for storing food in the fridge. They only supply enough toilet paper, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent for about 2 days. After that you have to buy your own. That was a surprise for us.

Upstairs head two large beds and a bathroom. No AC upstairs however which the kids found it to get pretty hot even with the fans provided. Beautiful gated community on a golf course which unfortunately was still closed due to Covid. We had cocktails and an appetizer at the Turtle Bay resort which has stunning views. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend
