Very nice and clean condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Watching the boats on the back deck was fun. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Our only suggestion would be a new couch and dresser in the main bedroom.

Perfect location

The location of this property is beautiful. So many views. A few personal things could be provided such as hangers, hand pump soap instead of hotel bars and a dresser in the main bedroom. This is our second stay in Little Harbor and we will be definitely back!!

Nice place

The community was cute. We liked the hot tub and pool area and the Sunset Grill restaurant was good. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room for my husband and I and our two teenage girls.

Nice property in a cool community

The property was nice and it was fun to be in a small community with so many assets. We went to Tampa one day and St. Pete's the next and it was convenient to both.

The town house was nice. It met all of our needs.

It was a wonderful experience. The only draw back was the confusion with the parking at the beach. We werenā€™t sure if we needed to pay for parking.

Best vacation ever!

We had the BEST time, and already can't wait to return. We watched dolphins for hours on the property - you would have thought they were pets. We went to Busch Gardens as planned on our first day, then cancelled the rest of our plans and stayed on site because there was SO much to do! Highly recommend the boat tour nearby (boat on the way to the beach) for dolphins and manatees - but the best views are right in the channel! Woke up on our final day to 3 manatees right out the back channel. Absolutely beautiful property. Perfect for a family trip.

First, the condo is in a great location. Close to Tampa. St Pete and Sarasota. Unit in need of some TLC. While the basic cleaning was good, The AC vents, bathroom vents and ceilings fans all need to be cleaned. The living furniture has reached its expiration date. Very uncomfortable. The outside patio lights were not working and most of the remote control units needed batteries. Might want to refresh the towels inventory as well.

Never Again

The property was not clean, there were 4 forks, the balconies were dirty, the slider window in the living room was only clean as far as the cleaning person could reach. The living room furniture was beyond its well used date. Totally uncomfortable. Our washing machine leaked and broke down on our 4th day. It wasnā€™t fixed when we left 16 days later. I had to take my laundry offsite to do it. The amenities of staying in these townhomes were great. The townhome - Iā€™d not advise anyone to stay there unless it has a renovation.

Cleanliness Important

Location was great! But the cleanliness of this unit was not like I expected. The washer had mold inside, which I had to clean. The pots and pans were dirty, had to wash before using. The coffee pot had to be cleaned before using. Bottom of stove, where pizza pan was, was dirty. The units at Little Harbor are usually clean, but not this one.

Resort Living

We loved the spacious condo, hot tub, shared pool and amenities. The gym was new construction had newer equipment. The 2 restaurants on the resort were good and had great water views. Top notch! We brought extra garbage bags, laundry pods, dryer sheets, sponge, hand soap so we had enough to last our stay. They supplied pool towels and bath towels, but they were definitely older. The rooms were large, the bathrooms were clean and updated. The walk to the pools/clubhouse was short. The whole resort community was clean. A new parking policy in place is helping keep non-resort goers from parking in the available spaces. The private beach is awesome and the sand is so white! This was my second stay in this resort, but I upgraded to this condo for this stay to accommodate my family. We used the kitchen a lot! New appliances, crock pot, wine chiller, double toaster, blender, and all dishes and cutlery we needed. The living room couch is not comfortable, but that helped us be out and about... enjoying our vacation! We loved our spot!

It all fairness, we were here during not one but two hurricane mandatory evacuations. They had an earlier one that had docks stilll under repair. All the maintenance, fire extinguisher check, bring in outdoor furniture, take it out and then again and inspection and in and out of our unit, some annnounced. We showed up two different times to find the owner sitting on the deck and then a neighbor inside was finding water, terribly disturbing. Ruskin is a dump, pretty scary anctually and the two restaurants are horrible food. Nowhere else to eat for miles. We did use the beautiful pool a few days, then it closed. Nice weight room and pickleball/tennis courts. Lots of dog walkers and traffic in and out all day. Security was good. Two or three night stay is enough. Decorated cute, small bathroom. Kitchen well equipped if you like to cook internet not great, if you need to work from home. We stayed here because this was the closest place we could find for 27 nights until our home was built. We stayed 17 as the hurricane threw a curve ball on our stay. This turned Little Harbor vacinity into a war zone, twice. Wait for clean up to stay here. It could be months. Might be smart to book during off hurricane season. Itā€™s a Zone A and canā€™t handle lots of rain or surge.

Everythingā€™s Great

This was a wonderful week long stay! Communication was excellent prior to & throughout the trip. The location of this building on the ā€œresortā€ property was perfect walking distance to the beach & pools. It was so fun watching the dolphins & manatees on our daily walks or our time at the pool. The townhouse offered multiple balconies with a wonderful view of the bay & Canal. Having coffee & watching the boats go by was a perfect start to each morning. The townhouse had plenty of space. We had 4 adults and 2 children stay. The convenience of having a washer & dryer was beyond helpful. The house was also stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, beach towels & bedding! The full kitchen stocked with all needed utensils & cooking materials was perfect for cooking our own food during our stay. The furniture was nice & offered enough seating for everyone. The beds & pillows were comfortable & offered options for our kiddos to choose where to sleep (couch bed, top/bottom bunk, trundle bed). Bathrooms had small counter space but the medicine cabinets stored everything that needed to be accessed daily. A Wii & games were in a room. The living room had cable tv & streaming along kids coloring books in the table. Being able to park in the ā€œcarportā€ was also convenient, especially when carrying in groceries. A dollar tree & Publix were a short 5-7 minute drive. Security was present when returning late at night or when closing the pool at night. They were very kind/helpful. Pier closed.

Clean and comfortable. My wife, 5 kids and myself had plenty of room here in this 2 bedroom condo. Great location near beaches and highways for easy travel. We even saw some dolphins from our balcony. Definitely booking this again the next time we visit Tampa area.

House & Views weā€™re amazing

The property is amazing. Only 2 bedrooms but they allowed me, my husband and our 6 children to stay and it was plenty of space. Each floor has its own balcony. Harbor view was gorgeous at night. Pool in the neighborhood. Beach and bar/grill all within walking distance. Youā€™ll love it here.
