Very convenient location to our concert venue, Hard Rock Cafe. Host was very responsive to our requests to fix a stuck shade. Will definitely book this place in the future. Clean and neat place.

Overall the suite was as advertised. The suite had 3 full bathrooms which was a huge plus with 5 people getting ready at the same time. You walk out the back doors of the hotel and you’re on the boardwalk and beach. It was such convenient access. Parking was included which was a huge plus because the fee is normally 25 a day. You have to message the host ahead of time to get the parking code or you’ll have to pay. The host was very responsive. I was disappointed none of the bedrooms had blankets provided. If that was in the description of the room, I missed it. They only provided top sheets. We had to go to Walmart and buy blankets after the first night. Now we have extra 4 comforters that we don’t need at home and didn’t plan on spending our vacation budget on. The hotel itself was kind of dirty and not the best maintained in the common areas. In the lobby there was always napkins and small trash scattered around. We spent some time in the arcade. Sadly, that is also not well maintained. A lot of the games are broken, out of order, or missing the balls to play the games. Only 2 elevators work, so it can take a while to get an elevator when it’s busy. The hotel is located right by The Steel Pier, so that was nice. Check in and check out was very easy.

Girls getaway

We enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room and the location was great! We especially enjoyed the very large bedrooms and bathrooms! The hotel had so many things to do for kids, so we will be back with our children.

Close vacation

It was a quick getaway with something to keep everyone busy and entertained and relaxed when we wanted to relax. I would definitely recommend to families, super comfortable and clean.

Like this was on the boardwalk. Only complaint maybe add tv’s in the bedroom :) the communication with the company was awesome. very responsive. will stay again. lots of room

The room we had was great and served its purpose.In several of my emails, it stated no smoking. However, the hallway, the elevator and the entire place smelled of weed. So gross.

Thank you for the feedback. We're glad the room served its purpose, and we're very sorry the hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana — that shouldn’t happen in a no-smoking property. We’ve notified property management and maintenance, increased enforcement of the no-smoking policy, added signage, and scheduled a deep clean and deodorizing of common areas. Thank you for bringing this to our attention; we hope to host you again.

We stayed at this property once, and are already planning our next stay! Our family had such a blast, everything was so accessible. Communication with our hosts was open and easy via email and text. Both check-in and check-out was a breeze; we literally showed up, presented a DL and was given the keys, check-out was just a drop-off. The arcade and many dining options available paired with the convenience of having a full size kitchen made it worth while. Thanks Cozy Suites!

Spacious accomodations in Atlantic City NJ

I highly recommend Cozy suites at the Showboat residences Atlantic City. We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom 3 bath suite on the boardwalk. The accomodations were clean, modern, spacious. The sure was well located, right between Hard Rock and Oceans Resort.. We will definitely stay there if agy if we travel to Atlantic City. We will also try out other Cozy Suite locations

The room were clean and nice. The showboat casino is old and now an arcade. A bit misleading…. Definitely not associated to ocean casino. For the price, it’s good but don’t expect anything else.

Great overall. Downsides - 1. Did not know it was in the Showboat hotel, so spent time looking for it. 2. Called help number listed for directions, not much help. 3. Found out had to pay for parking 30 mins prior to check in Side note: we did have some screaming kids in the room next to us and no one to complain to, not really properties fault but still didn’t want to be woken up at 7am

Bait and Switch comes to mind — I thought I booked Hard Rock & ended up at Showboat. Beware of a company called CozySuites.All correspondence about the reservation stated, “Hard Rock and Oceans Casino”. CozySuites claim I should have known it wasn’t at Hard Rock because the address they gave was for Steamboat. Deceptive. Streamboat definitely wasn’t the same caliber as Hard Rock: carpet in lobby taped together, the elevators were filthy and made awful noises to the point some other person refused to get in it because she was afraid. Once in the unit, regret was immediate: two measly lights for the kitchen/living room area, walls everywhere were dirty and scuffed or spackled and not painted or spackled and painted over, 2 of the 3 bedside lamps in one bedroom had a broken switch so the bulbs were just unscrewed. In the other bedroom one lampshade was scribbled on in marker. Furniture in both bedrooms was shoddy and were either scratched up or had water stains that puffed up the top of the furniture. Shower water had mad rust when the water was first turned on. Bathroom mat ripped down the middle. Toilet seats were worn and peeling. Most of the towel hooks/hand towel holders were broken with no holders/hooks. Mold on caulk in bathrooms. Wallpaper peeling. When I reported these issues no refund was offered and was told that they would report issues to “the team to ensure improvements are made”.

The suite was excellent. Beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was great Elevators were not all working. Only two of 8 worked. The hallways were not clean with trash left for several days. How to use the AirGarage was confusing as a credit card was required even though we had codes for free parking. The garage was a far distance from the suite and there was a lot of walking. Fine for younger people and children. Not so friendly for older folks.
