Cozy home in a quiet family area!



The Space:

1 Sea and Sea is a great rental home in the quiet, family-friendly Sandcastle subdivision. This 1664 square foot house features a partially covered deck with a picnic table, and a peek-a-boo view of the gulf.



Enjoy preparing meals in a kitchen with all the modern conveniences and room for the whole family. There is bar seating for four, and a dining table with seating for 10. Relax after your day at the beach in a spacious family area with plenty of comfortable seating, satellite TV, and a DVD/Blue Ray player, as well as high speed internet for your convenience.

The home comfortably sleeps 10. There are two queen beds in the primary suite, and one queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunks- great for kids!



Downstairs there is a large entertainment area - perfect for BBQs or crawfish boils- with two sets of picnic tables and a charcoal grill. The outdoor sand shower is a must for rinsing the sand away before enjoying the home. The space also has plenty of room for covered and uncovered guest parking. 1 Sea and Sea is just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach.



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Great place too stay

Very short walk to the beach, no vehicle access to the beach in this neighborhood. Very clean well maintained property. We will definitely be booking it again.

The property was as advertised, clean and well situated within walking distance to the beach, although we rented a golf cart due to having small children (and gear) for that beach transport, but that just added to the “fun” so it all worked out.

Weekend Getaway

Staying at 1 sea and sea was awesome. The location was beautiful and the house was equipped with much more than we anticipated. My only complaint is that my cell reception was spotty inside of the house and the wifi ran quite slow. Other than that, it was an exceptional experience and we hope to stay again next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious, lot of room. double pane windows, no surf or highway road noise. However, master bdr had no shower. Couches you sink down too far. Plastic chairs on deck horrible, friends had to bring their own deck chair. Other than that, good.

Not terrible for just the weekend

House was well stocked with amenities and comfortable. Not the cleanest place we have stayed, found roaches and it smelled of mold and cigarettes. Neighborhood was nice, but dog next door barked constantly. No shower in the master bathroom, just whirlpool tub. If that was in the description, I missed it. Probably wouldn't stay here again, we have stayed in much nicer places through Swedes Realty.

Broken bunkbed, poor linen service, below average customer service.

One of the bunk beds broke on the first day we arrived. However, no replacement was brought during the entire stay, so one bed was unusable. I was also dissatisfied with the linen service; I paid $100 to have linens and paper products for the house. Although I had told them that I would be having 10 guests for 3 days, they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper and did not put the sheets on the beds. I was also frustrated with the customer service I received throughout my various interactions with the staff. They were not very accomodating and added to my stress while I was trying to plan a wedding.

Everything was Excellent

Me and my family needed a getaway and booked this home just a week before schedule. Everything was clean and functioning. Great location!! The weather was Perfect, and my kids really enjoyed it. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing

This home provided everything you need and same price for two hotels for the weekend. Lots of room, quiet area, 2 minute walk to the beach, and comfy comfy beds. However you need to take your own trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Beds have protector padding on them but no sheets nor towels but you can have them delivered for a fee....cheaper than other rental houses. BBQ grill was large enough to grill meat for 18 people and still have room. Livingroom was very large with dining room and kitchen. Jetted tub in master bathroom. 1st bedroom has two queen beds, 2nd has two sets of bunk beds, 3rd has queen bed. Two couches that are very very large for more to sleep. Two chairs that recline back as well. Wifi box needs to be turned on upon arrival. Directv is provided. Hammocks do not work but was not a bummer. Front deck is large with plenty of seating. Two picnic tables one upstairs one downstairs. Not close to neighbors to where you can touch but there are neighbors. Just over all amazing and will be our go to house from now on.
