Where We Escape - Holiday Management welcomes you to Pa's 1 Apartment.

Just steps to the sand of North Mollymook Beach, in an unbeatable location and with panoramic views of crystal-clear blue waters and white sand. This spot is perfect for a family fun-filled escape, swimming, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, or dolphin/whale watching are all at your fingertips.

This architecturally designed apartment has all the features for a relaxing coastal holiday, be mesmerised by the ocean views from the living area and enjoy the salty ocean breeze on both the front and back deck area. The back deck area has a BBQ for you, if you choose to enjoy dinner in.

With a unique design you can choose to rent just one apartment or for larger family holidays you can rent all three apartments. Located on the top level, both apartments one and two feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living, dining and kitchen area, with a front and back deck area. The deck areas have a gate between them that you can use if you have family or friends staying in the other apartment. Apartment three takes up the whole bottom level and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living, dining and kitchen area and a large deck area. All apartments have separate entries and provide privacy if you choose to rent only one.

All linen is provided for your stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.

Apartment one and two have automatic skylights, allowing you to star gaze on those clear nights.

Each apartment has its own parking space and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Grab a coffee from the front of Bannisters or Woodburn Deli during the morning, both just a short walk away, spend the day exploring and then stroll over to Bannister's Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill of an evening. Take in the social vibes amongst the treetops, with fresh seafood, burgers or steaks. Or for those after a little more flavor, Gwylo is the place for you. Their Asian Street Eats are bursting with flavor, relax to the classic tunes on and there are plenty of delicious cocktails or house brews to pick from.
