This was definitely a great option to have as an extended stay to be able to cook and do your laundry. Was very clean with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Master bed was very comfortable only down side was there is not available closet space besides a small armoire that a full size hanger will not fit in. Definitely recommend over staying in a hotel great food and shopping nearby.

Perfect Soccer rental

Place was amazing, very clean, close to food, shopping and multiple soccer complexes. Nice neighborhood, would definitely stay again. Owner Andre was very nice!

Easy access to soccer fields, newer washer and dryer, full kitchen, easy check in with host available for anything.

We were not able to access the property and the contacts provided were surly at best. I woud check out the neighborhood ahead of time if you plan to stay there.This is the first negative review I have made on VRBO. Up until now, our experiences have been first rate. We will use VRBO again.

We provide guests with detailed check-in instructions before arrival and have confirmed that the access code provided was correct and fully functional. Our local team is available to assist with any arrival questions, and we understand the Guest Contact responded quickly and did all they could to make things right. Additionally, our listing includes a map to provide a clear sense of the area before guests confirm their booking. Providing a private and secure environment for our guests is always a top priority, and we remain focused on delivering a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests.

ECNL Soccer Trip

I enjoyed my stay. The trip was short and busy through the day so it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable space. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchens and bathrooms were fresh and clean. I arrived at night and got lost. I was able to get immediate support and directions to the condo. Codes were easy to use.

Quite Area

This property was perfectly located for the activities that we had planned for our stay. Even with it being the Memorial Day weekend the area was quiet. Access to the property was very easy and the guest contact, Andre was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We don’t go to Las Vegas very often but would definitely choose this property again in the future.

Nice and Cozy

The condo was nice and clean. The area was quiet. Close to lots of eatery and stores to shop. Any problems you might have the owner is real reachable. It was a nice stay .

Nice and quiet condo . Very clean and comfortable. Its close to a alot of stores . Not to far from the Vagas Strip. The property owner was very reachable when needed. Would stay again.

Convenient Alternative to a Strip Hotel

We were visiting Las Vegas for an event at Allegiant Stadium and I wanted a place off The Strip. The place had everything we needed including a convenient parking space. One person in our party has mobility issues so it was nice to have a short walk to the place and no stairs. The area is great for shopping and restaurants, and the 20 minute drive to the airport and Allegiant Stadium was no problem. The property management company was very easy to work with.

Clean and convenient. Residential and short-term rentals in complex, no resort amenities in patio or pool areas so not really usable to guests. Definitely an apartment vibe with children and families around. Cooking/eating wares minimally equipped. Overall we’d certainly stay again.

Don’t stay here

Owner would not respond with codes to get in prior to arrival and had to book another place last minute and owner waited till the last second to contact me

Clean and neat

No bells and whistles here; but we really didn’t need them. What we got was a clean place in a safe, quiet neighborhood; just big enough for four adults. The kitchen had a few basic ingredients; which we appreciated. We could’ve used a few more blankets and bathroom linens; but what was there was “sufficient”. That is my only criticism. Nice place!

Tournament week

Had a baseball tournament near by. House worked out great for the four of us. Could have used more towels and toilet in the primary room runs all night to keep you awake. Main contact listed takes two days to respond to inquiries but house worked for our needs.
