Welcome to Beach Resort, condo 313, located in Miramar Beach. This one bedroom condo with separate bunk room and two baths is located just steps away from a beautiful private beach and emerald green waters. The condo comfortably sleeps four to six people and offers a view of the gulf and a beautiful pool with an infinity edge and a flowing mushroom fountain. Professionally decorated, the unit features a king size master bedroom with a 36” TV and DVD player, a separate bunk room with custom-made entertainment beds featuring flat screen TV's for each bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and brand new top-rated amenities including 47” 1080p high-def TV, DVD player, stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer & dryer and beautifully decorated rooms. All tiled floors except vinyl wood floors in master bedroom.

The Beach Resort complex provides a heated pool, a rarity in Destin. It is also one of the largest pools in Destin , with two connected areas for all ages. There is also a separate hot tub located in a beautifully landscaped oasis. Grills and conveniently located restrooms are in the nearby cabana area. Great restaurants such as Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s are just a short walk from the complex, with plenty of nearby entertainment options.

Deeded beach access is a short walk of 200-300 yards east of the complex. A breach umbrella and two chairs chairs are included in the rental from March through October. A favorite place for everyone, the pool is heated September 1 through October 23, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and January 1 through April 10.

Beach Resort is in a centralized location away from the busy area of the beach but accessible to wonderful shopping and entertainment. This decorated, non-smoking and no pet unit has free wifi, a kitchen for cooking meals or making snacks for the family, and a balcony with a lovely view. Expect a vacation destination where you will find everything to your enjoyment.

The property was excellent and exactly how it appears in pictures. The in and out accessibility with the door keypad was much easier than keeping up with a key. The stay was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was excellent and in great condition - all clean and organized...ready for family fun. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds with individual TVs, you can watch the pool from the dinner table or balcony, walking to the beach takes 5 min and you can rinse off your stuff at the pool when you come back. When it rains, just go shopping to the outlets or the commons or one of the great restaurants like Lulu's. The sand at the beach and the color of the water can't be any better - true emerald coast! Communication with the host was easy and fast without any problems. I highly recommend this place.

Beach Vacation

The condo was just as described and was very clean! We enjoyed the condo amenities and the close walk to the beach. The property owner was great and had great open communication with us for any questions and needed. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach Spot

We loved our stay at Beach Resort. The pool was fantastic and the beach was never over crowded. We loved having the beach service included with our stay. The condo was in excellent condition and just as listed and pictured. Faye was wonderful with communication and an excellent host.

Excellent stay!

My family (2 adults and one 7 yr old) had a wonderful stay at Paul’s condo. The heated pool was great and the beach was a very short walk away. Paul provided very clear instructions for check in and was quick with communication. The condo had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We will book again!

Beach rekaxation!!

We love staying here. It has everything you need and is always neat and ready to start enjoying your vacation! Pool is amazing and the beach is just a short walk. Beach is great and was never crowded! We actually got to meet the owner, she was amazing! We will be staying here for many years!

Miramar/Destin Vacay july 4 2023

Property Manager was absolutely wonderful to deal with! We had a couple of issues but she was awesome in dealing with them quickly & efficiently..The condo was lovely..Location was great. Decor of condo very nice! The pool was fabulous!! The only negative comment at all was basically the ceramic tile floors were really needing mopping..Our feet were black when going barefoot..i realize u are at the beach & there's much traffic in & out but i swept & vacuumed any mess we made b/c i have a very active grandson who tends to be a lil messy at times.. I'm sure that hot parking lot pavement debris absolutely clings to your shoes & is impossible to keep as clean as I prefer..Otherwise, great experience!!

Fabulous Area, fabulous Pool, Perfect Weather

We had an amazing trip. Communication with owner was great, the condo is in a wonderful spot for pool and beach. The condo has all the necessities. A couple minor complaints, the couches could be updated, they were not very clean and cushions were very flat. The TVs are not Smart TVs, so we were not able to connect any of our streaming services and watch the shows we like. It did have satellite tv though which was nice! Overall, a good place for the price.

Spring Break ‘23

Me and my kids had the best time. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but the property and all amenities were everything we needed. Will definitely be back and hopefully only using this condo! Faye and her husband was wonderful to talk to and so helpful. Look forward to our next trip!

Great Location and Amenities

This is a great place to stay with excellent pools and private beach access with chair/ umbrella service included. The only issue we had was that the sheets were dirty in the master bedroom. We contacted the owner and she was great about everything.

Great place to stay. Love the condo building

We really enjoyed our stay this year. We have stayed in the building multiple times, first time in this particular condo though. We love the area, pools are always clean and just a short walk to the beach. Faye was amazing as all the other reviews say. Highly recommended staying here. We will be back.

Great stay

This was our 3rd stay at Beach Resort, but our first in this condo. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Faye was very helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions. We had a wonderful stay here, and hope to stay again in the future!

Pool plus beach!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beach Resort 313. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Faye and Paul were on top of any questions or problems we had. The kitchen is well supplied and there are some beach items available to use also. The best part is the pool and the beach service which we enjoyed everyday! Just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach. Thank you for a great vacation!

Fabulous condo/beach setting

Faye has such a beautiful condo…she takes care of things almost immediately if there is a problem. Communicated all check in details to us prior to arrival. She even made a point to come to our unit and introduce herself … she is the sweetest person ever. Condo was exactly as specified in description and pictures. They rent a beach umbrella and chairs for you at the beach. I would hands down rent from them again.

Nice condo, good location, very communicative owner, awesome bed

The title says it all. The condo is spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom is very tall but easily the most comfortable of any bed we have had while traveling. The complex pool is amazing and the beach access is a short walk down the beach. The umbrella and chair set was a nice plus and a deciding factor for us but we didnt like the way the umbrella sets were setup. The other umbrella sets at other complexes we have stayed in were in offset rows along the water but here they were in u shaped rows making some of the sets very far away from the water. Most of the close sets were "reserved" for unit owners meaning we were pretty far from the water most days. The owner Faye was awesome. She communicated very well and was accommodating and gracious. We wouldnt hesitate to stay in this unit or with Faye again.

We have been enjoying Ft. Walton and Destin since we were teenagers in South Alabama. The white sand, emerald waters, and sound of the waves are incredible. After graduating from college and later living in the Northeast, we returned to Alabama knowing we would one day own property in Destin. We bought our first condo at Beach Resort several years ago and have now added a second one. We love the small complex of 64 units, the tropical landscaping, beautiful gulf waters and white sand, and the privacy from the crowds and high risers.

Miramar Beach offers everything one could possibly want in being close to nature. Beach Resort is located in the middle of all of it------near shopping, good food, and entertainment.
