Casa Matas is steps away from the white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Sea of Cortez in Baja California. When you pull up to this palatial estate, you’ll notice the large bay windows, romantic architecture, and detailed landscaping. Inside, the large living spaces, fully furnished kitchen, and formal dining area give guests plenty of space to kick back and relax. A large living area flows seamlessly from the kitchen and dining room, and has three large sofas for ultimate comfort. A second formal dining room is located just off of this expansive living room and seats four people. A tucked away twin bed under the staircase provides additional sleeping arrangements without taking up any common space.

There is a single bathroom on the bottom floor, along with two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a full-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin on the top.

The other bedrooms are upstairs. At the top of the stairs, the first bedroom is immediately to the left and has a twin bed. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and access to a private balcony overlooking the enchanting Sea of Cortez. The third bedroom also has two large beds and a separate balcony with an incredible view. There is a full family bathroom upstairs as well, complete with a bathtub and large vanity area. The final bedroom upstairs is the master suite; complete with King size bed, private living area, and a private balcony with unobstructed views of the beach. This room also has its own TV with access to premium channels so you never miss your favorite shows.  The bright and sunny linens and décor of each bedroom gives each room it’s own unique personality while tying the whole home together with a beach theme that constantly reminds you that you’re on vacation.
