Watch the fish jump in the surf and the ocean change daily from this unspoiled area of Florida's Treasure Coast.

Upon entering the front door into the foyer you will immediately see a wide view of the turquoise south Florida ocean. Our Condo was just renovated and has never been rented. The best quality products and finishes were used. Nothing was overlooked to create a contemporary beach cottage feel. Plenty of room to spread out in this large 3 bedroom 2 bath split plan layout, with 3 large balconies. The floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The ocean views are enhanced from the main living spaces and a great open kitchen. All cooking and dining accessories are fully stocked, including small appliances. Three bar stools create a casual eating area overlooking the kitchen. The dining area includes a glass top table and 6 chairs. Adjacent is a bar area. The living room has a large queen sleeper sofa and 2 swivel oversized club chairs, coffee table, end table, plus a large flat panel TV with a Bose DVD 321 system complete the space. Upgraded cable TV and WIFI Internet access is included. For those that prefer to sit quietly and enjoy a book, a console table filled with books sits across from the sofa. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed with custom bedding, night stands, dresser with TV, and two closets. White linen curtains adorn the room for privacy. The Master Bath has double sinks, closet, soaking tub and separate toilet room. The master walk in closet is adjacent to the master bath, while the second master closet is in the bedroom. The additional bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo and share a full bath with shower. The guest bedroom is split with private pocket door and bathroom, perfect for a family looking for privacy. It has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has two full over full bunk beds with twin trundles. Perfect for kids room, complete with Xbox One console and games. There are plenty of family fun activities, like board games and beach toys. Coastal inspired decor and furniture throughout. Waterproof laminate wood floors throughout the entire unit. Ceiling fans in every room and living spaces. TVs in every room.

Island Dunes has many amenities, including 2 large outdoor pools (1 heated) and 1 hot tub. The gated pool area has plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs, BBQ, and pool noodles. There is private gated beach access.
Inside amenities include a fully equipped gym, a billiards room with tables and seating, and a poker table.
The social room has a bar, kitchen, 60' TV, ample sofas, dining tables and chairs, and a piano. It may be reserved for private events, if available. Island Dunes Oceanside I also offers a grand entry lobby with 2 interior elevators, on-site 24 hour security upon entry into parking lot, and on-site management Monday-Friday. Access to the country club across the street is included. The country club offers golf course and tennis courts. Boat slips are available to rent.
