Our host and the property were absolutely amazing to stay at and deal with. He was very ingratiating and helpful with anything we needed and had given us lots of restaurant ideas. We absolutely plan on booking with him next year and making St. Augustine our new destination.

This beach condo was wonderful! It’s a perfect location, with the patio door leading right outside to the pool area, and a very short walk over to the beach walkway. The condo had everything we needed for a nice one night stay. Vito was very kind and communicated clearly, was very accommodating. Everything went smoothly. We hope to visit again some day!

When we arrived, the office was closed for the holidays. But the owner was so nice and helpful, he made it a breeze! The condo was perfect and just steps away from the walkway to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house!

Communication with owner was excellent from start to finish. The place was perfect for a long weekend or week getaway. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely return for another stay.

Host was very responsive. The only issue we had were with parking permits which was resolved quickly. Everything else met our expectations, the apartment, the pool area and the beach. We will definitely consider staying here next time our travels take us to the St. Augustine area.

Very clean and tidy. Perfect for a getaway where you can relax, go to the beach and pool. Accommodations were point on. Will definitely be back!

We were very pleased to host Beatriz and her family of five children. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She respected all our house rules and helped out with the end-of-stay cleaning to make it easier for our cleaning lady to prepare for the next guests. Perfect Location and Great Host

The host communicated with us frequently and was super helpful with the whole process! The location of this condo was perfect! So close to the beach and pool and the neighborhood was so friendly and welcoming!

Fabulous location and comfortable home

We loved our stay here! The home is really comfortable, and the location is just wonderful. Plus OVC is a great spot — beautiful beach and awesome pool and safe place for the kids from all of our families to ride bikes and walk around. Perfect spot for vacationing. We loved it!

My children and I and a wonderful stay at O14!! It was clean, roomy and comfortable. A few steps out the back patio door to the pool and a few more (5 min walk) to the beach! Enjoyed the sunrise this morning before we left…we will return again!
