AMAZING!!

What a wonderful place and what a wonderful location. So peaceful but still close to everything on the peninsula. Communication with the host was great and directions and check in was easy! The view from the balcony and lounge room is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Great quiet property with outstanding view! Would recommend to friends. The balcony is due for a good clean.

Location excellent, fabulous view, good amenities although we had a problem with the bathroom door, we could only open it partially it needs the door to be shaved on the bottom. Bedding needs to be updated

Property wasn't bad, the experience of being woken up by a real estate agent, the nerve of the host asking if they can do an inspection while we were there not acceptable.

Great little house

This is a nice new little house in an excellent condition and with million-dollar views over the Port Phillip Bay. The house is very clean, and has good-quality facilities and appliances. There are excellent walks (e.g. in the Seawinds Gardens) and some major attractions (e.g. Arthurs Seat Eagle and Enchanted Adventure Garden) in close proximity. The house next door is a building site, though, luckily for us, it was inactive during our visit.

Lovely getaway

Our holiday here was exactly what we needed. It was quiet, with fabulous birdlife coming to visit (ducks, magpies, rosellas, kookaburras, butcherbirds). The view was lovely and it was very impressive watching the weather come in across the peninsula. The house is exactly as pictured, clean and well stocked. A small issue that we had was quickly addressed when we called the number provided, which was excellent. I'd love to see this place in summer!

Quiet, picturesque and comfortable mini-break

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in November 2023 at Top of the Bay in Arthur's Seat. House is well fitted out, light and bright with warm and comfortable beds. Layout of the two separate bedrooms, each with their own ensuites, is great when travelling with a teenager who likes their space! Wifi very good, minor trouble accessing a TV show on a streaming service but help with remote control use promptly provided by property manager. And the view really is as lovely as the photo on the website suggests! Thanks for a great stay :-)

Excellent

I had high expectations from the description and other reviews and was not disappointed. The house is well equipped, quiet and well laid out. Good WiFi. Cleanliness only get 4 stars as outside deck needs a proper dust and sweep and the large front windows should have been cleaned - these were badly rain streaked. Seat on deck also not esp. comfortable and could be replaced. Minor detail but some of the kitchen items are due for replacement.
