Our visit was excellent! The views of Mt. Princeton are amazing and the house provided all of the amenities that we wanted and needed.

Perfect ski retreat

We skiied Cooper all week and enjoyed coming "home" to a comfortable and beautiful retreat! We highly recommend this fabulous place!

Great view and quiet area

We had a wonderful vacation in BV. The house was spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. We also recommend Browns Canyon Rafting if you're going WW Rafting.

Peaceful retreat

Loved everything about the property but especially the quietness of the land. The resident hummingbirds were also quite entertaining. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great stay for a big group

The family immediately started talking about booking this place for our next get together. Well equipped kitchen to cook meals for eight. Each couple was happy to have their own room with a king sized bed.

Amazing Holiday Home!

This was an amazing holiday home for us to get away for spring break with my parents, my sister and my family. It was big enough for all of us to have our own room, and we were able to cook dinners and utilize the whole house. We just love being together under one roof instead of separate rooms at a hotel. Highly recommend this lovely holiday home.

Buena Vista stay

My 4 girlfriends from Maryland flew out and we spent 3 nights in this beautiful home. The views were beyond spectacular and the house was fully equipped and situated in a quiet country setting. Plenty of room to spread out.

Great setup for young families. We appreciated the toys & games, as well as the step stools in the bathrooms. Although we didn't use the pack n play, there was one provided.

Fun in Buena Vista

Lovely house. Nice and secluded with great star views! Beds were comfortable. Had plenty of seating and dishes for our family of 8. Eric was super responsive and I appreciated his quick resolution of a problem.

Wedding trip

We were very pleased with the accommodations . It was very clean and well maintained. Check in and out was very easy and contact with host was no problem. We were more ‘out’ than ‘in’ due to wedding preparations but location was close to venue which made it extremely convenient. The amenities were plentiful and we would definitely recommend this guest house if you’re visiting Buena Vista or surrounding area.

Very nice spacious house with wonderful views

Great views from the deck. lots of space for our kids to roam around, inside and outside the house. Carpets needs a deep clean or replacement, and an extraction fan to cool down the upper level rooms, the deck is also starting to crack and break up. but overall its a good place with lots of amenities, and we enjoyed staying there very much.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

A group of friends and I spent the weekend at this beautiful home. We really enjoyed the stay and felt it was a great space for all of us. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view of the mountains. My only complaint is it was somewhat difficult to get ahold of the host as it was done through a property management company. It was fine in the end and we had no issues but that was a small inconvenience. Otherwise, I think this place is amazing and worth the stay!!

Great location, close to town, but private, peaceful setting.

Everything was great with reservation. I did have to call on day of check in because I hadn’t received the instructions to get into the property, but I got a quick response. When I got to house the keypad didn’t work, but I contacted Eric and he was able to reprogram the code remotely and the door opened. The house was clean and well equipped.

Very clean, private, with some concerns

This house was extremely clean. It is in a great neighborhood a short distance to the town of Buena Vista (mere minutes). We saw deer each day and it was private and quiet. Beautiful. There were just a couple of issues/concerns. We want to point out to others there is NO air conditioning in this home. The listing doesn't say there is A/C, however, it would be nice if they pointed that out in the listing so folks could plan. We found two box fans but when we arrived at 4 PM, the blinds were wide open (allowing the blaring sun inside) and the main floor was 87 degrees and the bedrooms on the second floor were 92 degrees. This was unbearable, as it takes until at least 10 PM for things to begin to cool down on a hot day. With a 3 year old with us, that was really awful. In addition, the deck needs some attention. If you have young children with you, be aware there are broken parts and "spaces" in several areas which our 3 year old got her shoes caught in, making it unsafe. It could use some paint and general repair as well. However the inside of the home is in great shape. Comfortable, and as we said, very clean. We would stay at this property again, but not in the warm weather.

Truly Buena Vista

The property and the views are amazing. The Presidential range in Colorado is one of the most picturesque places on this planet, and this property is well worth your time, energy and treasure. Don't hesitate further...

Spectacular Home!

We stayed here in late March and absolutely loved our visit! The home is beautifully maintained, the owners really went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and easy. The views from this home of Mt. Princeton are spectacular! The wrap around deck and 3 decks in total allow for great spaces to relax and enjoy this quiet mountain retreat.
