This is an amazing high end beautiful architectural townhouse, situated in a private Eaglemont lovely quiet gated town residence. This exceptional home, close to Eaglemont Village, major hospitals and transport, 5 minutes’ drive to various and sort after restaurants and cafes in Heidelberg, with lots of shopping areas like Warringal shopping centre. A rare opportunity to stay in a secure luxury home away from home in an outstanding location within walking distance to Eaglemont Station, Thornbury High School, Austin Hospital and Heidelberg Primary School. Although we are situated close to the train station, neighbours remark how quiet the area here.
