On the main floor, you’ll find both a living room and family room, each equipped with large flat-screen TVs and streaming capabilities—perfect for movie nights or quiet mornings with your favorite show. The open-concept design connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, offering a warm and welcoming space to gather, cook, and make lasting memories.



One of the standout features of this home is the converted garage game room, sure to be a hit with guests of all ages. PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

Additional Property Information:

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
