Tides Cape View is located in the Cape View Resort Busselton and is the perfect family getaway in a resort setting where two perfect worlds collide – the shores of Geographe Bay and the heart of the Margaret River wine region. .

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2 story holiday townhouse which can sleep up to 6 people is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, no road just straight across to the beach!

A 10-minute drive (or 6km cycle or walk along the path directly at the front of the resort) takes you to the Busselton Jetty and it’s Shopping and Food Precinct.

A 15-minute walk from the resort will take you to restaurants, take-away eateries and a farmers' market.

The township of Vasse with its new shopping precinct is just a 5-minute drive, and just beyond there is a plethora of breweries, wineries and providores.

The coastal hamlet of Dunsborough is a 15-minute drive along Bussell Highway, offering even more eateries and shopping delights as well as beautiful natural beauty.

The townhouse with its own parking, is Self-contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and all upstairs bedrooms have A/C and fans, modern kitchen, robes in all bedrooms, main bedroom with ensuite, and a private courtyard with outdoor setting.

The downstairs ensuite bathroom has double shower-heads, and the upstairs bathroom has a spa bath - extra luxury for you holiday stay!

There is a Smart TV with Chromecast in the main living area.

In the fully equipped kitchen are tea and coffee facilities, and there are laundry facilities with washer and dryer.

For families, the addition of a cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

Geographe Holiday Homes is an independent, locally family owned and managed business within the Geographe Bay area, supporting the local community.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
- There’s some construction happening nearby as part of the new Cape View Resort extension. Work is carried out during the day, and construction noise may be noticeable at times.
- Please be advised that the Cape View outdoor pool will be closed to guests from Monday, 28 April 2026, until late September 2026.
- Pets are strictly prohibited at the property due to strata bylaws. No exceptions are permitted.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
