We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty.

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances.

I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

There would be only two considerations for you:

1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

We welcome you to relax in our Luxurious rise apartment with it`s private balcony and water Views.

Our apartment is in a residential building. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep 6.

You will find the apartment to be tastefully styled and furnished and also providing of everything you need and more. Our modern, contemporary apartment is in a residential building.

*BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, ensuite, built in robes and a study desk and chair.
Bedroom 2 has two king single beds which convert into a King Bed, built in robes, study desk and chair.
There is a 3-Seater sofa in the lounge room, which converts into a long double sofa bed.
Your stay will allow you to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer.

*AMAZING LOCATION: in the building`s west , this apartment offers CBD inner City and Docklands water views to the West including the Melbourne Star Wheel in the Docklands, the Bolt Bridge and the Westgate Bridge.
The elegant Master bedroom also shares these views.

*WELCOME PACK to get you started consists of shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, soap blocks, towels, face washers and so much more.
Once the starter pack has been depleted, you will need to purchase your products. Luckily this will only require a quick walk across the road. You seriously only have one pedestrian crossing to cross and you are there.

*WASHING MACHINE & DRYER in the laundry cupboard.

*FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN comes complete with microwave, conventional oven, cooktop and dishwasher, jug, toaster and more.

*BOOK NOW to secure your dates and start planning your trip.

The entire apartment, balcony and a secure undercover car space so please make yourself at home.

A short walk to Marvel Stadium for AFL and many other sporting and entertainment events. Very close to Southern Cross Station. Walking distance to the Docklands Precinct. Close to Crown Casino, the Aquarium and Southbank. For sports fans, a short train or tram ride will take you to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena, and AAMI Park.

All bookings for 21 nights must have a mid-stay service clean. Either a basic housekeeping for $180 or a full turnover clean including fresh linen and towels for $220.
Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.

NB: Once the Welcome Gift Pack amenities run out, guests will need to purchase their own for the remainder of their stay.

If you would like to Hire a car space, we may be able to organise this at an additional small daily fee. Please let the team know at the time of making your reservation, to save any disappointment.

Location was fabulous with tons of restaurants and public transportation close by. The apt is adequate for 3-4 persons. The patio was a great bonus. Unfortunately too busy to take advantage of the pool and those amenities. Pantry was stocked with a nice variety of tea and even creamer in the fridge. A hot pot is provided with instant coffee, but missed not being able to brew coffee. A good find in the CBD.

The apartment is ideally located with the Spenser Centre a half a block away with a complete mall and Coles grocery store.The views from the 39th floor of the harbour are fabulous

Excellent location

This is a large multi-apartment building. It is very convenient to the Southern Cross train station. We walked to the Open, about 1.5 miles. Plenty of restaurants nearby. There seemed to be lots of young people in the building but we were never bothered by noise. I would definitely stay there again

It’s ok for this price

Place needs a good dusting. Do it yourself a/c in main bedroom may annoy ppl (the window adjar with a/c extractor ) The manager was very adamant the dirty sheets on a bed were the result of my sisters imagination. All good. She just slept on top of them. The experience was ok considering it was a cheap apartment

Absolutely untrue regarding the sheets. Kerry was given instruction as to where she could access our spare set of sheets. Sometimes the white sheets come back from the laundromat with the occasional mark, usually due to previous guests fake tan or make up, which is exactly what was explained to Kerry. Very rude and unpleasant person to deal with.
