Great house! Great location!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It sits right on the beach and has everything you need to spend a carefree week relaxing at the beach.

Great Stay

My family enjoyed this stay. Woke up to a beautiful view of the beach each morning. Very relaxing stay. Would book again.

Right on the Beach!

Great location, steps from the water. Nice decor, but it could have been cleaner.

Most relaxing week in a long time!

This property is fantastic!! We were able to escape from the hustle and bustle of work and crowds and enjoy a beautiful property, on a fantastic beach, in the most quaint little town! We will be back! The property was very clean, well managed and exceed our expectations in every way.

We loved the very short walk to the beach with no steps. Our kids could come and go all week by themselves. Great Week!

This is one of the nicest places I have staid. Everything was super clean, the sheets on the beds were high quality plenty of extra blankets. Steps from the beach it was so nice no need for a beach cart. I will definitely be back! Great place for a girl’s trip or families with kids to stay super quite nice area

Wonderful trip

Everything was as shown on the booking. We had no issues. The home was equipped with what we were told so we knew what to bring. I would suggest for the owners sake that a note be made indicating HE detergent is needed for the washer. I did not know so we had to get a different type.

family vaca

The property was just as listed. It does sit on the main road. You really do not hear the cars but the motorcycles can be alittle loud(I think there was a rally up in panama city). The distance to the beach is perfect. Was amazed at how short the walk was. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. Nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. We cook alot. Pans were good. Could use a pizza cutter and a better can opener. If you need groceries we find the piggly wiggly in st. joe to be a good place. Prices are comparable to st louis, mo and its only 15-20 mins down the road. We would stay here again next time we come down to the pan handle.

*Great Beach Front Property*

The house is well equipped with everything you will need for a great beach vacation, including a prime location. It's within walking distance to Killer Seafood, Toucan's, MB's Sweets & Treats and the grocery. We arrived on a Saturday and I didn't get back in my car for the entire week. Pristine does a really good job of responding to your needs. When we arrived, the cable, phone, and internet weren't working. In a matter of hours it was fixed. A few upgrades to the house are needed. The shower head in the 2nd bathroom needs to be replaced. The exhaust fan in that bathroom also doesn't work. The sliding glass door going from the master bedroom to the balcony doesn't lock. And the outside shower head coming up from the beach is non-existent. Other than those minor things, which are nowhere near deal breakers, we loved our stay and can't wait to do it again next year.

Living the dream

House was perfect and spoiled me to any future beach vacations. Kitchen was very well supplied and the only thing we wish we had more of was steak knives. Everything was very clean. Our only real wish for our trip was more time.

Great house! Amazing view!

The house was perfect for all 8 of us! Comfy & plenty of space! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook almost every night! The balcony was definitely our favorite place to spend time! And, we even saw dolphins every morning. Overall, it was a great vacation!

Perfect, clean, beautiful, view amazing, already got reservations for next year!!

The furnishings we're be beautiful, had plenty of room , 2 13 yr old teenagers loved it, always gone to Orange Beach , first time Mexico Beach , here from now own.
