The Google directions do not work as the email states, but neither do the directions given by the rental company. But, we were able to find it after a little research. Once we found the house, we were VERY pleased with the accommodations and the creek with access made the entire vacation just perfect. The only additions that we could suggest would be a firepit in the front yard and a hot tub on the back deck. The access to the National Park and downtown is superb!!! GREAT location!! The house was extremely clean and the updates were very nice. Very kid friendly. Highly recommend this property. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect location for doing activities both downtown and in the National Park. House is a little outdated but comfortable with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed our little getaway.

Cabin was a little tricky to locate but it was well worth the effort. The location was fantastic. The cabin was very roomy, and my great grandson really loved the back porch! I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Girl’s Family Trip

Great House!!

Great House and hidden gem. The back porch is amazing the kids enjoyed playing in the river. All three bedrooms were great. Great location and easy to get to restaurants and Deep Creek for tubing!

Great, relaxed location

We loved the location of this home! It’s so peaceful with the creek flowing right outside. The house isn’t fancy, but it is very comfortable. The location is superb in relation to both Bryson City and GSMNP. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the ping pong room!

Beautiful River view

This property is as described. It has plenty of room and is laid out very nicely. The property was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the view of the river from the deck. Will definitely return here again.

Cutest creek house!

We had the best time staying at the creek house. Check in was easy. The home was beautiful and clean. We had an issue with one of the toilets on the first day and someone came out immediately and fixed the issue after I called the rental company. It was absolutely magical and we hope to come back!

Motorcycle vacation

The property was exactly as described. The deck on back, overlooking the creek, was so relaxing after a long days ride! The guys loved it! We'll be back in the future!

Polar Express trip

I can’t say enough good things about this house. It’s about a mile from the train and downtown Bryson City. The area was quiet and the house is right on the river. It was beautiful and spotless! The house is so spacious and newly remodeled. It had everything we needed and more. I definitely want to stay there again!

Comfortable and quiet

This was the perfect place for us to stay during a visit to Smoky Mountains National Park. Just a few minutes from downtown Bryson City, five minutes from the Deep Creek part of the park and about 30 minutes from the southern Visitor Center. The house was comfortable for slow mornings and cooking a dinner together each night. The ping pong table was a favorite for the teens and the deck was a favorite for the adults.

Appalachian Motorcycle Getaway

We trailered our bikes from Texas and spent an amazing 7 days basing out of Bryson City to all the best rides in the mountains! The house was perfect to give everyone space and relaxation. There was plenty of space to park the trailer and our vehicle and a covered carport for the bikes. The creek was a bonus for relaxing at the end of the day's ride!

Fun family trip

Love the comfort and location. The creek had easy access and we went tubing everyday. Lots of adventures around the area. We did the gsm train to nantahala gorge. We rafted and did zip lines. We rode the rail biking in Andrews. Every night we ate dinner at the cabin after a brisk tube ride. Fun all around.

We enjoyed our stay at the Creek House. We did not cook or even heat anything in the microwave, so I can’t say much about the kitchen. Everything was clean and we had no problems with the house. The house location is very close to downtown.

Wonderful experience!

We really loved that the house was on the water and roomy enough for us. Furniture in living room could use an upgrade, but we managed. An additional TV would be nice for the cooler months , when you can’t tube. Over all, I would love to revisit this exact property.

Better than expected!

The house is really nice...clean...lots of space. Everything was better than the pictures. The one thing that really needs attention is a dining table. It is WAY too small for a family of 7. Thank goodness we brought our own table and camp chairs so we were able to play games and eat together. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality. :-)

Ìt has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot

That was the one thing I couldn't find when I reread the listing. Every one enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the creek. Location is close to GSMNP and town. My college age kid took the room with two beds, said it was quiet and dark. He didn't hear anything in the rest of the house. (This is a compliment for him) Loved the easy check out. Easy to work with.

Nearby, Convenient, Quiet

Property is great for family of 4-8 and has nice upgrades with a nice, new feel. Nice that each bedroom is equipped with plenty of closet space and a full bath. The location is excellent, nearby to Deep Creek entrance to SMNP is excellent, and the property is very easy to access (no steep, winding hills etc). It is also surprisingly very private and secluded, which is nice. Best of all, being right on the creek bank with overlooking deck is no disappointment. Not many suggestions for improvement, but one is lack of dining/table space both indoors and outside. Not really a complaint, because everything else was so enjoyable, but it would be easy and sensible to upgrade to a larger dining table and some patio dining furniture.

Great location but needs a thorough cleaning

The house is located in a great location with access to the creek. However, on our first morning we woke up to mouse droppings on the kitchen counter and all three bedrooms. We contacted maintenance and they came out the same day with poison but it put a damper on our stay. The house needs a thorough cleaning throughout. I’m not sure if it changed management since we booked it and it had excellent reviews or if the property has just been neglected recently. The yard looks as though it hadn’t been mowed all summer. The master bedroom has French doors with sheer curtains so we had to hang a plastic tablecloth over the door for privacy. There are steps inside the house even though it seems to be a one level home. There are five steps to get into one of the bedrooms unless you access it from the carport. The house worked for the days we were there but I can’t give it the excellent reviews others did.

What a great trip! We loved our little Creek House! So close to everything and nothing beat sitting on the back porch and listening to the creek roll by! :)
