Good view, good amenities. Comfortable beds. The only downside was a lot of broken stuff lying around. Molding coming up by the windows, broken fans, sketchy electric work.The site shows what looks like an indoor pool, but it's just a cover they use in the winter on the outdoor pool. It was a pleasant stay for what we paid as we came down to spend time with family.

Property was very warn. Scuffs all over the walls. Nothing was nicely done. No shams on the bed just a couple of bed pillows (not king size) thrown on the master bed. It looked liked it was quickly thrown together for the next guest… like just a rinse and repeat. I wouldn’t have trusted the dishes in the cabinets were clean, and the couch was very warn and needed to be cleaned. There were Dorito crumbs all over the floor in the living room on the area rug… several lights were burned out. They had absolutely no beach chairs inside the unit. The lampshades were all loose and it seemed pretty dumpy compared to the beautiful pictures that are shown.

We’re also sorry that the furnishings and bedding did not appear as pictured or feel as though the property had been properly prepared for your arrival. We understand how disappointing that can be, particularly when the online photos create a different expectation. Regarding the beach chairs, amenities and furnishings vary by property, and beach equipment is not guaranteed unless specifically listed as an included amenity. We also understand your concern about the dishes and appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We truly appreciate the positive feedback you provided about the photos while also making us aware of the areas that need attention. Your comments are valuable, and we hope the necessary improvements can be made to provide future guests with the quality experience they expect.

Absolutely loved our stay, location and the room with a perfect view. Our only complaint was the balcony door having a ine sided handle. The entire room was perfect. Loved the big open kitchen with ocean view while cooking. The master bedroom was the best we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend this place.

Nice place for a family beach stay

Beautiful view of the beach!! Two bedrooms worked great for our family. Everything was clean and comfortable. Area was perfect with lots of fun things to do.

Very happy overall. Exactly as described and staff at Elliot Beach Rentals were easy to work with. Staff at the building were very helpful too. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice location and easy access to the beach!

Property is nice. We enjoyed our time there very much. The only negative comment we have is that, upon our arrival, there was dirty towels still left in the washing machine.
