We apologize for the scuffs on the walls, the condition of the couch and area rug, the crumbs left behind, burned-out lights, and the loose lampshades. These are details that should be addressed before a guest arrives, and we will be sharing your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for follow-up. We’re also sorry that the furnishings and bedding did not appear as pictured or feel as though the property had been properly prepared for your arrival. We understand how disappointing that can be, particularly when the online photos create a different expectation. Regarding the beach chairs, amenities and furnishings vary by property, and beach equipment is not guaranteed unless specifically listed as an included amenity. We also understand your concern about the dishes and appreciate you bringing that to our attention.
