We had a great stay!

Everything was very clean and being on the bottom floor was very convenient. We will definitely refer friends and stay again.

Thank-you Tammy it’s hard to beat the oceanfront view. It’s very relaxing just sitting on the covered patio and listening to the waves crashing in the surf.

Fabulous place to stay with amazing views and the soothing sound of the ocean

This place is wonderful! Everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation is provided along with everything needed to relax inside the condo. Just bring your clothes and sunscreen! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. Thanks Sandy for a memorable place to stay!

Wonderful Getaway

This is our second year staying at Sandy’s and just like last year everything was perfect. Everything was clean and anything we needed she had available. She checked in multiple times to make sure everything was okay and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful!

"We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very tastefully decorated the kitchen was so well stocked. The oceanfront views were absolutely stunning with beautiful sunrises every morning. Sandy was a fantastic host, making sure everything was perfect for our visit. I'm already looking forward to returning!"

So Very Close To The Beach!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo is located in a quiet community-the consistent sound you will hear is the ocean surf!! Within minutes you are on the beach (beach chairs in condo), and there are many restaurants within walking/biking distance. Book this condo, and relax and enjoy the oceanfront view!

Excellent Vacation in Ponce Inlet

We had yet another excellent vacation staying in one of Sandy’s unit’s. The condo is clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. East Winds is a nice complex with a great pool. Sandy is responsive, great to work with and attentive to the needs of her guests. Highly recommend !!

Great place to enjoy Ponce Inlet!

This was our fourth or fifth stay in this property. It is consistently awesome. The location is great, the owner communicates very well, and the condo is very very nice. We thoroughly enjoy the beach, the nearby restaurants, and we enjoy the property itself. If you like the pool better than the beach, the pool is nice too! Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Perfect spot for great view!!!!!!!!!

This condo offers a wonderful view of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises. It is breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Wonderful places to eat Crabby Joes, Aunt Catfish, and The North Turn right next door you can walk to.

Thanks Patricia, the view from the unit is the #1 reason I bought this condo!!. The waves crashing, smell of sea air and people watching from the patio that sits up on the seawall makes you feel like you have your very own backyard view of the ocean. There isn't a morning when I do happen to stay there that I don't get up early to see the spectacular sunrise. With a mimosa in hand of course!!

It was perfect!

I can't say enough good things about this condo amd the location. I spent a week with my family. The condo was fully stocked and clean. I dont like to be in the busy part of town when i come to the beach and this was perfect. Everything we needed to go to was only a short drive away.

A little bit of paradise

Great location for a relaxing vacation. Loved the ground unit patio and expanse of green grass looking out to the ocean. Perfect for a couple and would recommend this unit to anyone who enjoys breakfast outside watching the sun rise and the waves crashing. We will be back! Rick & Sue

Beautiful family vacation!!

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Many amenities were made available including two bicycles!! Very convient access to pool and beach and an added plus of a restaurant nearby. Our family had a very relaxing vacation especially enjoying the beautiful view from the condo. We have already booked for next year .Thanks Sandy and Cindy for sharing your little piece of paradise

Thanks Rob and Roseanne, the bikes are and added plus as there is no place to rent ones in this neck of the beach. There is nothing more breathtaking then watching the sunrise on a cool summer morning...

Great view, convient location.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The best part was obviously the view on the Atlantic and the walks on Daytona beach. It certainly was convenient for a meal with the North Turn Restaurant next door. We had all the amenities we needed in the condo. When we did have some minor issues or questions, Sandy responded immediately. Looking forward to next year.

Thanks Tom for the critique and bringing to my attention the items the maintenance will take care of and deep cleaning items. The North Turn restaurant is a great place and the convenience of walking across the parking lot can't be beat. I love that this part of Ponce Inlet is drive free and only a few people on beach anytime of the year. Look forward to your visit next year.
