Nice house. The whole up stairs is a bedroom with plenty of room and very neat and cleannice. Pool was great!Could use a little more lights in the backyard for games and grilling at night.

Beautiful home! We loved the pool! The bedrooms downstairs were a little warm at times but other than that no complaints! They did have box fans in the closets we used. My husband and I had the entire upstairs to ourselves so that was nice! The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors we did see outside were friendly. Close to downtown and many stores and restaurants! A huge plus for me was that the house was like 3 minutes from 7 Brew! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of the property. The kitchen/living room set up was excellent. Time spent in and seated around the pool was very good. It was great to have the use of the pool towels.

Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for our stay in Bradenton. Everything was clean and all the beds were comfortable. Would definitely look to book again when back in the area.

Beautiful house with great pool located in a great quiet neighborhood. Spacious back yard that fulfilled all of our needs. Would definitely book again.

Great place for a family!

The house was perfect for grandparents (upstairs), our kids and their kids downstairs. Large spacious house that was well equipped! We will stay again!

Fun in the Sun

My family had a wonderful time and all that was needed was there for us. The rooms were perfect, and cozy and the home had a lot of space. The kids' room was a bit warm, and we just kept the room open to help keep it cool.

Amazing week of relaxation and Christmas cheer

We enjoyed the sunshine, warm temps, and heated pool. We used the pool almost every day. Close to restaurants, grocery, outlets, and the sandy beaches. OVERALL EXCELLENT WEEK.

Great location and nice area.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great. It was a short drive to several beaches. The kitchen is so well equipped. The best that I’ve seen in rental properties. The beds were very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood were friendly.

Awesome Spring Break Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We had 2 families who stayed here from Spring Break down from Michigan. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it allowed for the right amount of space for each of our people. The accommodations are very nice as is the layout. I highly recommend this house. Thank you.

Wonderful home. Great location in quiet neighborhood with a great space for family time. Only a couple of issues with the property. The upstairs bedroom stays very warm even with blinds closed as recommended and the floors need a really good cleaning as all our feet were nasty when walking on them.
