The rental home, a three bedroom Wellfleet charmer, features a lovely farmers porch out front - a nice place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee or cold beverage. On the first floor, you will find a living area with couch seating and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and drip coffee maker, a dining area with a six seat dining set, a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Walk up the stairs to the second floor and you will find all three bedrooms that can sleep six guests total, two of which include a king size bed and the third with a twin bed and twin trundle. Each bedroom will have a window A/C unit to keep you and your guests cool and comfortable on those hot summer days and nights.
