I love how comfortable I was still anxious, but I was able to get more sleep here than at any hotel Iā€™ve stayed in MB. Also, I loved how the balcony is made to that you are not very close to the next unit. It felt private. I would recommend my friends and family to stay here on vacation

3 day stay

Great property. Safe place. My only complaint is the king bed is basically on the floor. It would be great if the bed was easier to get into and out of. And I wish there was an actual shower curtain in that bathroom- not just the clear plastic liner. Thereā€™s a great view of the ocean from this room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

First time to Myrtle Beach and renting a condo. the family and i both enjoyed the stay. My only complained was the bed in the main bedroiom. no box spring and the mattress was broken and sat on the floor.

Great FALL getaway.

We were very comfortable in the condo. The view from the balcony was perfect for morning sunrises overlooking the ocean. Beds and pull out sofa were comfortable for sleeping. The king bed was low to the floor and a bit hard to get up from. Kitchen was adequate for meal prep as we tend to eat in when vacationing. However, the dishwasher did not work so we had to hand wash dishes. All in all, our stay was very pleasant.

Overall a good experience

Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The outdoor and indoor pool were convenient since it was a heat wave . It was a short drive to downtown myrtle. The short walk to the beach was truly about a 5 min walk.Only inconvenience was the walk though to the beach was closed due to construction building a deck the would make us walk through grand shores apartments and we were not informed until the first time walking to the beach. Overall a good experience

Great trip!

Overall the condo was as described. The only thing I would suggest is reseting the streaming apps on the televisions after each guest stays. We were not able to login to the hulu app due to someone elses account was logged in and the only usable profile was for small kids.The only other issue was no remote for the guest bedroom TV, luckily we brought our own Roku stick. Oh and FYI pool is only 3.5 deep but was fine for us.

The condo was nice. Unfortunately there was no storage in the kitchen. The condo was straightened but not cleaned properly. The guest bedroom closet door was broken and the guest bath shower handle was also damaged.

Clean, updated, great location

The property is in a good spot. Not on the beach but a very short walk to the beach. I would not say that this property sleeps 6 like the listing suggests. The "pull out" couch is extremely small. Unless your children are small (8 or under), it's best for one person/child. I did not like that we had to go to the rental properties office to both check in and check out. It was vastly inconvenient. Besides that, the property is very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Experience in this unit

This unit was not clean. Bathrooms were filthy, dryer was full of sand, comforters on beds were dirty and stained. Living room was nice, but bedrooms and bathrooms need a serious update. Very dissstisfied for the amount of money we paid. Donā€™t let the name BlueGreen mislead you. This unit is privately owned and did not come close to the property BlueGreenā€™s standards. Not clean at all. Had to drive from 77th Ave to 29th in order to check in, which was not made clear in the beginning. Smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Not a good experience. Had to wash the linens ourselves because they were filthy.

Two other family members and I spent two nights in Myrtle Beach for a family wedding. I specifically searched for a property that was within two miles of the wedding venue so that we wouldn't have far to drive in the dark at the conclusion of the reception (We are all in our 60s-80s and don't like to drive at night in unfamiliar places.) This property checked that block. Check in at Elliott Property Mgt. Co. was 3 miles from our condo. Check in process was easy and staff was friendly. Staff didn't tell me to check in again at the property, but I saw that step highlighted on the information sheet in the envelope I was given. When I went to the property's desk to check in, they were confused by my asking to check in as I was not renting directly from that property. I showed her what I was given by Elliott (key card for elevator and trash chute). She checked it and told me it was expired and kindly issued another key card. (This process could probably be more seamless.) The property itself was clean, as represented in photos, well equipped, comfortable, and with everything in working order except for the toaster. (We didn't realize the toaster wasn't working until our last morning, so there was not time to inquire about it or let the management company know before we left.). In the evenings, we did not hear noise from other guests as is often the case in other properties. That was a definite positive. Although the property is not ocean front, we had a great ocean view, and it is a quick (one block) walk to a public beach access point. The only reason I rated 4 stars, rather than 5, on cleanliness, is that the bedspread on the king bed has some rather large dark stains on it.Because the spread is navy blue, I didn't see them initially. Probably just suntan oil/lotion stains, but it needs to be replaced. I realize this isn't a housekeeping issue but rather something the owner needs to handle. Also, make sure to read the fine print as it relates to linens. Even though linens were provided with our rental, that did not include a dishrag/dishtowel, bath mat/rug, or hand towels. Only sheets, pillowcases, and two towels and washcloths per bedroom are included. That is clearly stated in the contract, and it is my fault for not reading all of the fine print. When I saw "linens are provided at this property" I assumed the basics would be provided. With two of us in our 80s, it is unsafe to step out of the shower/tub onto tile without some type of rug.

This rental has a great location. We had a few issues at the beginning that were addressed immediately-air conditioning and toaster that didnā€™t work. The main 2 things that we didnā€™t like was the king size bed was very low to the ground, it was comfortable but way too low. And the balcony chairs were ver uncomfortable. Everything else was nice. Loved the closeness to the beach.

King Size Bed on Floor

Good location, short walk to the beach. Balcony had a nice view. Condo is smaller than looks in pictures. Living room was nice. Biggest issue is bedroom with King Size Bed. The bed was literally on the floor. There were very thin wood slats that were one or two inches off the floor. When sitting on the bed the slats would fall out. The frame or lack of was a silver foam which was on the floor. The condo pics do not show this. Also in king BR was a beveled glass window which was open to the hallway of the building. No covering over the window. The bright lights from the hallway shined into the bedroom 24/7. We had to place card board over the windows to sleep at night. Queen BR was very small but much nicer. Normal bed frame with actual nightstands and lamps. King did not have this. Bathrooms are small, tub fills up with water while taking a shower.
