In the heart of Lionshead Village, this recently remodeled beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is just steps away from the gondola, skating rink and is surrounded by shops and restaurants, Mountain slope side views from living room, dining room and sprawling balcony take your breath away. The living room and bedrooms have flat televisions, wifii, and cable. You will be surrounded by the finest shops, restaurants and nightlife all within walking distance. Fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook homemade meals. Parking garage with 1 complimentary parking space. In-town free shuttle is steps away. Pool, hot tub, laundry facilities on site. Ski-locker included. Family friendly with pack and play available on request.

Great location

For our first time in Vail this was a great location for easy access to the lifts and the bus to the center of Vail village. Very Comfortable lodgings. Would stay here again.

Great Location!

We had a great time at Kimberly's place. You can't beat the location, right next to shops, restaurants, and the lifts. House was very clean and comfortable!

The property was clean and location was great. Elevator and parking were perfect. Nice beds, which helps after a long day on the slopes.

Perfect Location, Perfectly Maintained Condo

We had a blast in Vail over spring break, and much of our enjoyment was a result of our stay in Kim and Huck’s beautiful condo. Our family of five had comfy beds, plenty of pillows and towels, and less than a five minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola! We would LOVE to stay here again!!!

Great place close to the lifts

Great condo just a short walk from the lift & Gondola in Lionshead Village Vail. Close to restaurants & shopping too. 2 BR / 2 BA & a well equipped kitchen. Even left a bottle of good wine too! Will definitely stay again.

Great place!

We had a great stay as a family of 5. The second bedroom with trundle was perfect for three kids. The location is fantastic. Everything from the lifts to the market is right there. We cooked in a couple of nights and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. The property owners were very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely rent here again.

The Best Ski Experience

This trip was a heavenly experience due to the location of this condo close to Lionshead, its amenities with a fireplace and convenience of parking and ski locker. The condo was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. We've traveled to many ski resorts and this condo in combination with the Vail Resort was "the best".

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

This is our second time staying at Kimberlly and Todd's condo. It is conveniently located in the Lionshead base area with easy access to chairs 8 and 19, the Lionshead Transportation Center, restaurants and shops. We even scored a bottle of Blanton's at The Market at Vail. The sun rise is beautiful and you can watch the groomers work the mountain at night. The condo is clean and the furnishings are very comfortable. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend in this comfortable condo. Location is absolutely perfect with stunning views of the mountain. Beds were comfortable and kitchen in nicely appointed to eat in. Grocery store very close by. Management was warm, friendly and very willing to help. The pool and hot tubs were spotless. Will definitely try to return during ski season.

Overall the stay was great. Short walk to the Vail bus stop that serves Lionshead, Vail Village and more. Also within steps small grocery store. My only negative is road noise from the interstate.

We are so glad you had a great stay! Thank you for pointing out the convenience of the proximity of the condo to the grocery store and the Vail free shuttle. Luckily, we don't have the issue with road noise in the winter or on cooler summer/fall nights when the windows are closed. We hope you have a wonderful rest of your summer!

Even better than expected!

We stayed here for a few nights, four adults for our first time to Vail. The host was incredibly accommodating, the location could not be better steps from the Gondola, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfy. We had the hot tub to ourselves almost every night (mid-week.). Parking was easy and ski locker was super helpful. Will stay again!! Thank you!

Location!

Location was great! But they kicked us out a couple hours earlier than scheduled for housekeeping and other guests coming in. I get it but maybe gives us a heads up more than 24 hours in advance?

Hi Hayley, Thank you for staying in our condo. I'm sorry that you felt like you were being "kicked out." I actually stopped by the condo to check up on it before the cleaning company arrived. I also just called them to address this concern. They said they arrived to clean at the scheduled check out time. Dawn, in the management office, also told me you stopped by to ask if you could leave your car in the garage and that was after the scheduled check out time so I am not sure how you were "kicked out." If there is something I can do, please let me know. I tried reaching out toyoj with a phone call. I am not sure if our call was inadvertently "dropped" but after I introduced myself, the call was disconnected. I called back and you didn't answer so I left a voicemail with my cellphone and requested that you call me at your earliest convenience. I am glad you otherwise had a pleasant stay. Kimberlly

Simply Fabulous!

Terrific condo just mere steps from Lionshead! Our multigenerational family of 5 enjoyed this property. It has all the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to do some cooking "at home". Great view of the morning sunrise over the mountains. Cozy fireplace. Ski locker is a big convenience.

Good space in a great location

Very comfortable space, right across from the Lionshead transportation center and a short walk from Vail’s Gondola and Chair 8. Our host, Kimberlly, was helpful, very proactive and highly responsive with any questions. Two constructive comments: 1) The lighting in the condo could be improved and 2) be sure to bring your own supplies (eg soap, TP, paper towels)

Overall great, the only issue was the beds the the trundle difficult to pull out and use because of space also the sheets for the pull out and the extra trundle not sufficient.Suggestion to have at least two bathrobes and beach towels to go jacuzzi. The other is to get a small vacuum to clean during the week :)

Perfect location

We stayed in this sweet snug condo for the Vail Jazz Festival and had an easy walk to all the venues which enhanced the experience. Kimberlley is such a good host—so responsive and helpful with every detail. The property managers in the bldg. could not be nicer or easier to deal with. The condo is small but cozy and suited our needs. The road noise was at first a potential issue, but did not disrupt our sleep which is the important thing. The pool is beautifully maintained and was an added bonus on a warm weekend. I would recommend this condo, but only for four people.

What’s better than excellent?!

My friend and I stayed the week here and could not have been happier with this property and Kimberly (owner). The location is a 5min walk to the Lionshead gondola. If you are not familiar with Vail, Lionshead is the best value for a place to stay, food/apres, and the best way to access the mountain to start/end the day. This unit is very clean, updated, comfortable beds, and a nice tv with gas fireplace. To top it off, Kimberly is about the friendliest and most accommodating owner you can imagine. Some of the other reviews have negative comments regarding the road noise. It’s not that bad. And for the price and location...it’s worth a little noise in the background. If this property is in your top list of potential choices, stop looking and book it. From there, know that you have a great condo locked up and start looking up what to do when you get to the mountain! (Thanks very much Kimberly!) :)

Shops and restaurants surround the property. This recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is perfect for families and friends to retreat to after a day on the slopes.
