Quiet Family Getaway Only a Few Blocks from Beach with Pool

Welcome to this peaceful family getaway in the quiet Caine Woods section of North Ocean City, Maryland. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located 4 blocks from the beach. When first entering the unit, you are welcomed by a private courtyard which has two chairs that are perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach and reading your favorite book. This courtyard also offers plenty of storage space for all of your beach gear and bikes. Above the courtyard, is an upper deck with a table and chair set, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or refreshing drinks.

This air conditioned unit has a living room with a sofa bed and smart TV. All of the TVs in the unit are smart TV's and the unit offers free Wi-Fi so you are able to stream your subscriptions. The kitchen is fully equipped and has several amenities such as icemaker, microwave and dishwasher. A washer/dryer set is located right off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV with a full bathroom attached. The second bedroom has two full beds with TV. The second full bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom.

There is a community in-ground pool just around the corner from the unit. The condo association provides lounge chairs and picnic tables with umbrellas in the pool area. Outside of the pool area is an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Also, there is plenty of parking in the community parking lots and its centrally located near bus depot at 144th Street.

The unit is located within walking distance to Harpoon Hannaā€™s, Island Watersports, Viking Golf & Go Karts, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, and so much more.

Tenant must supply bed linens and towels, as well as paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels. No pets. Non smoking. Not handicapped accessible as you must climb stairs to enter and exit the unit.

Condo had pretty much everything I needed for a comfortable beach stay. Fully appointed kitchen, like-new beds, cute decor, good lighting, clean bathrooms, great parking, nice neighborhood. WiFi worked very well, which is a first for me in North Ocean City. I appreciated not having to carry a key, due to the key pad entry. The owner was very prompt in communications. Hope to stay here again.

This place was fantastic. The layout of the apartment gives you more space than most condos. The kitchen is AMAZINGLY well-stocked for all your cooking and beverage making needs. Ample storage space for food and all your stuff; has a hose to get rid of the sand when you return from the beach. Well-maintained with some updates. Love the location - quiet and close to DE. Owner was responsive. Quite a gem!

Perfect Location, Very Clean

My family and I stayed at this condo in May. The location was perfect, it's a short walk to the beach, located in a nice area to ride our bikes, and easy to catch the bus down to the boardwalk. There's a nice little deck off of the living room where we had our morning coffee and relaxed in the evening. The owner was very nice during the rental process and keeps the condo very clean. I can't wait to go back!

We Were A Bit ā€œAntsyā€

The pictures on the website were misleading. The sofas were not inviting and we did not sit on them at all during our week. The kitchen floor was ok - but when the mat at the sink was moved it was grimy underneath. The hall bathroom was old and the tub was surrounded with 3 shower curtains that were not clean. Didnā€™t use that shower. Cushions on the eating area chairs had food stains on some of them; wicker light above table had cobwebs on it. There was crayon scribbling covering the wall behind the trash can. Our main problem, however, was the ants on the sink, counter and dishwasher. There was ant spray, but made surfaces sticky. We purchased 4 ant traps that seemed to kill them, but there was always more!! Did not use that counter and had to avoid the ants along the sink front. Contacted the owner with some of these issues - she told us about the ant spray and had cleaner bring new shower curtains. (We still did not use the shower.) However - the beds were very comfortable and the bedroom bath was clean. The refrigerator was very clean. Very nice TVs with plenty of channels to choose from.

Nice Family Trip

We enjoyed our family trip to the ocean. Only four blocks walking to the beach, but we drove and found plenty of parking spots. The condo was well stocked with amenities and was very clean. The parking right out front of the condo was very convenient as well. Thanks Mary!

Everything you could ask for!

We stayed here for a family vacation and it was absolutely perfect. Far enough away from town to be quiet and peaceful, close enough to drive there in about 10 minutes. The condo was gorgeous and very clean and had everything that we could ask for. We will definitely be back!

Pre college getaway

My daughter, two of her friends and I spent a week here prior to the girls going back to college. It was the perfect place for us. I had my own bedroom and bath and the girls had a huge bedroom and their own bath. There was plenty of space and everything was clean and neatly organized. It was a short distance to the beach but not a bad walk. Most days we drove and always found free parking close to the beach. Our stay was during Covid so we didn't venture out to a lot of places at night. We ate most of our meals there and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. We also experienced a tropical storm during our stay but it did not result in any problems. Mary checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Mary was quick to answer any questions or concerns prior to and throughout our stay. She was delightful to work with. Overall a great experience. We hope to come back there again soon!

Perfect destination for the beaches

We spent our first time in Ocean City MD and it was perfect. The surrounding of this condo is not too crowded as the boardwalk is far away enough. Even on Labor Day weekend there weren't so many people at the beach. The condo is a very good place to stay. Everything is well kept and as described. You also find some things here to get started like handwash and paper products etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is working and in good condition. Mary is a very helpful host and did everything she could to help us. We plan to come back!

Perfect family vacation!

We enjoyed this condo for our family vacation. The beach was definitely within walking distance. The neighborhood had a more residential feel so we weren't caught up in bustle of the Boardwalk. The unit had all the amenities, especially the kitchen. The owner was very responsive to ensuring our comfort during our stay. Hope to stay here again in the future!

This property was easy walking distance to the beach. Very quiet and lots of parking right near or in front of the unit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Mary was very responsive to questions we had before our rental. Plenty of space for a family. Really like the courtyard downstairs. Great place to enjoy morning coffee.

Was a great place for the awesome price. Our group throughly enjoyed the stay, we were there thurs-sun and was very accommodating. Only wish was for basic amenities in the kitchen for cooking like salt and pepper. Everything else was amazing!

I love this property because of the location. It is away from it all but still close enough that I can travel to anywhere quickly, and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do right around us. I love the community of Caine Woods, because it is so quiet and relaxing. I also love that the property has a pool, especially for days when we come back from the beach and are not ready to go inside.
