Hi Brian, thank you for your review! We do apologize for the propane and pool heat. After reviewing your account, unfortunately, pool heat was not purchased for your stay. Please keep in mind that per the agreement, pool heat must be requested and purchased 72 hours prior to your arrival. As for the propane, we would love to have to rectify this had we known this issue. We hope to host you again in the future!
