The house was immaculate when we arrived. The check in was very simple and easy. The house was exactly as described and pictured online. This particular property is a beautiful place to stay and everyone loved it! The balcony was spacious and a very useful and beautiful addition. We enjoyed the furnishings both inside and out. The kitchen was spotless and very functional and beautiful. The laundry room was very nice and all of the appliances were functional. The off site laundry exchange was easy to get to and very helpful. The swimming pool and grounds were also immaculate and made our stay even more special. Check out was very easy. We look forward to another stay next year!

Place is amazing and just couple of mins walk to beach. House has all the amenities that one would need and heated pool was a bonus.

The house is beautiful but actually is a 4 bedroom & 3 bath, the ice maker did not work. Overall the house is amazing. Easy access to the beach. Had to call to have the trash picked up because the previous people and cleaning crew left all the trash outside and not picked up until I called them.

Very nice house! I’d buy this property if it was for sale!

This is a very nice, spacious house with all the amenities I could want. It was perfect for our group. The grounds are perfect. The pool is great. We had an excellent time and look forward to returning soon.

Summer Vacation Fun!!!

The property was spacious. The pool and balconies were great. The walk to the beach was manageable, and the upstairs living room and open concept kitchen kept the fun seamless. Each bedroom had a door out to the top balcony. The property was summer fun.

Family Beach Vacation!

Capricorn Villa was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were very big and roomy. Close walk to beach. We enjoyed the pool. My only complaint is there wasn't any pot holders, but there are now I got some and left them in the drawer by the oven. We would stay at this house again.

Property was amazing. Property was clean and everything from the furniture to the appliances looked to be well maintained and fully functional. Had everything we could possibly need to cook for our group (stove/oven plus pots/pans and utensils all of decent quality). Property sits half a block from the beach entrance making it easy to pop back to the property for lunch/supplies.This was our 5th annual beach trip to South Padre, and was by far the best property we have stayed at so far. Will be attempting to book this property for next years trip!

The place was not ready until 5 pm although check-in was at 4 pm. Trash bin was overflowing in front of garage, and the end of the driveway had discarded, muddy shoes. The pool was dirty and not cleaned until the third day. I had to call the property office about the place not being ready, and I asked the manager to call me about situation. I called after 5 pm to let them know about trash and dirty pool, and they said they will send someone to pickup trash and clean pool. I reminded the rep that I was still waiting to hear back from management. The trash was cleared, but the pool was not. I called office on third day about dirty pool and to remind management that I needed to hear from them. The pool was cleaned that afternoon, but I never received a call from management. Owners need to find a new property management because place is beautiful, but guests need better service.
