Architecturally designed modern & relaxed holiday home with plunge pool and tropical garden, perfectly situated in Suffolk Park within easy walking distance to cafes and Tallows Beach. Just a short drive from the heart of Byron and some of it's most beautiful secluded beaches.
Open plan living and fully equipped, perfect for family and friends getaways. All bedrooms are large and bright with large windows. Bedroom 1 - King Bed with balcony, ensuite shower & bath Bedroom 2 - King Bed with balcony, ensuite shower. Bedroom 3 - King Bed with bathroom adjacent. All rooms are equipped with smart TV with Wifi and access to Netflix etc, ceiling fan. Air-con in all rooms keeps the home cool in summer and warm in winter, while the open plan living area allows natural light to flood the space. Upstairs bedrooms are accessed by an external covered breezeway entrance & stair. All rooms can be separately locked. Experience indoor / outdoor living at its best with large glass sliding doors opening onto the spacious tropical garden. Have a dip in the plunge pool or a drink on the verandah after a sunny day at the beach. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes top of the range appliances, Induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nutri bullet, Nespresso machine etc. The house offers all the comfort of a relaxing holiday including a Weber BBQ, smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi Network, books, games and more. Linen, bath towels and beach towels supplied. Parking is available for two cars in the open driveway. Whilst our home is set in a tropical garden setting surrounded by trees we are also just off a road and at times some traffic noise can be heard.
