We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -The listing notes that the home is located in a desert setting away from the city, though we understand the secluded location may not have matched your comfort preferences -During your stay, the pool area was undergoing updates with a new pool heater being installed, and a recent windstorm had impacted one of the deck umbrellas. Management has since addressed these concerns -Guest comfort is very important to us, and once it was clear the property was not the right fit, the homeowner worked quickly with you to reach a fair resolution Thank you for your feedback.
