This pet-friendly residence is the perfect getaway you've been searching for. With its spacious living space, it can comfortably accommodate large groups, providing a comfortable stay for up to 20 guests.

Nestled on a peaceful, leafy, and quiet street, this house offers a tranquil and family-friendly setting. Whether it's a short getaway or an extended stay, this property guarantees a homely experience, providing ample space for relaxation, entertainment, and connection.

Featuring 8 bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with ensuites (one of which is located downstairs), 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious laundry room, open plan living and dining areas, and a private courtyard, this house offers both comfort and convenience. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the entire house, with the exception of the garage, which is locked for storage purposes.

For parking, there is a carport available, and there is plenty of street parking available free of charge, with unlimited parking spaces.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
• Government-issued photo ID may required.
• Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Please respect the noise curfew. Please remain quiet between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the kitchenware and oven after use, otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
• On MONDAY NIGHTS, plz pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Please ensure empty all bins inside the rooms and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
• We have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls, shampoo, but these may not be sufficient for your entire stay. Should you require additional supplies, you can can find local stores nearby.
• Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
• Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
• To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.

To maintain the quality of the property for yourself and future guests, please follow these PET GUIDELINES, charges may be incurred should these guidelines not be followed.
• Only one well-trained and well-behaved pet is allowed.
• Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. Please bring your own pet bedding or mat and necessary equipment such as bowls, crate, beds, leash and leads, etc. If your pets have been found on any furnishings, couches, beds or upholstery, Extra fees will be applicable, which may include linen replacement and/or excess cleaning fees.
• Keep your pet out of carpeted areas and off rugs.
• Ensure that your pet does not scratch doors, screens, or other surfaces. Any damage caused will incur replacement charges.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the unit and should not enter the unit wet or dirty.
• Clean up after your pet in the garden to ensure a pleasant experience for housekeepers and future guests.
• If we receive complaints from neighbors about excessive barking or disruptive behavior, you may be required to keep your dog under control at all times or take them home if necessary. We are under strict instruction from the local council and want to be respectful of our neighbors.

By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.

Annika was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The house layout with 8 bedrooms really suited our needs (3 up top and 5 downstairs). The one kitchen was a bit squashy for all 12 of us to navigate around and the place could do with some maintenance in and out. The multiple sitting spaces made good for different chats and play areas and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. Location was perfect right next to Eastlink.

Clean and Comfortably equipped for the large group

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, kitchen sufficiently equipped for large group cooking onsite. One of the 3 showers didn't work - tap fixtures fell off in the hand and red/green switched. A simple plumber fix. Pleasant quiet suburb.

Great size house for large gathering

Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds for a large family to stay. The house was clean and tidy. Property Manager easy to communicate with. Downstairs bathrooms in need of update, plumbing needs to be assessed. Very noisy pipes disturbing sleep.

Huge house, but teething issues

This is a great home, but there were a number of shortcomings. We had no gas heating downstairs on a cold weekend. We arrived late in the afternoon, had dinner, went to use the dishwasher but it was manky, so we cleaned it, filled it, but alas- no dishwasher tablets. Went to wash up- but no liquid left in bottle. Also no cloths for wiping bench tops down. We had 16 adults- and supposedly 3 bathrooms- but one was inoperable: The ensuite bathroom had no water in the shower, and too much in the toilet. The owners were quick to respond to the heating and bathroom issue- but nothing could actually be done to remedy them during our brief stay.
