Fully equipped, two identical log cabins sit side by side just steps away from the Madison River. Each cabin has it's own private entrance, loft bedroom with queen bed and an additional comfy bed hides away in the living room couch. The property is conveniently located to Ennis, Montana, the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, many lakes such as Cliff and Wade Lakes, Quake and Hebgen Lakes and Henry's Lake in Island Park, Idaho. Many opportunities to explore the outdoors within a 5-10 minute drive. Also, located within walking distance to the Grizzly Bar & Grill for delicious dining in the heart of the South Madison Valley. Would love to have you stay the whole season: April thru November; THE LONGER YOU STAY, THE LESS YOU PAY.. WHOLE SEASON RATES ARE AVAILABLE--CALL OR EMAIL FOR DETAILS. Absolutely spot on in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay in the cabin and want to return soon. I had the best evening’s fishing for a couple of hours then returned to cook dinner on the bbq in full view of the river and the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. There is nothing not to like. We will return. Sandra & Colin.

Enjoyed our stay at the cabin.PROS:*Convenient to Yellowstone and the Madison River*Very clean with plenty of supplies*The view is nice*The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond CONS:*pictures make it look like easy to access to the river, but it is a steep bank or a few minutes walk *bed is very uncomfortable *bathroom is tiny with nowhere in the shower to sit anything but a bar of soap*stairs to loft bedroom are very steep

The cabin was prefect and adequately stocked with essential kitchen items. The family was very accommodating to our request for an iron and ironing board. We had a great time exploring area. Plan ahead for food and supplies, the nearest store is about 30 minutes away.

Another amazing trip to this cabin in Cameron. Absolute beautiful view of the Madison. There was three of us during our stay and it was plenty of space with some more sleeping arrangement if needed. The hosts provided plenty of games in the cabin to have a great screen free vacation. Within driving distance to Yellowstone National Park and West Yellowstone. We even made the extra drive for our daughter to go to “Yellowstone Bear World” in Idaho (1:30hr) to see bears, baby bears, elk, buffalo and more. Fishing was easy to get into the water and be casting a line in minutes. Within driving distance of some good fly shops but highly recommend “Beartooth flys.” Amazing week again here at the cabin on the Madison. The Rich family are great hosts with amazing hospitality and made sure everything was set and ready for our arrival. Easy to communicate with and allowed for a great week in some beautiful country.

Beyond a doubt our introduction to the Madison River area was enhanced by our stay in this incredible cabin. Successful fly fishing, right in front of the cabin as well as a float trip out of Ennis marked the start of our quest for trout and nature's beauty. A passing thunderstorm followed by hail with a cup of coffee in hand was quite impressive. The views were incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the "resident" osprey and eagles. The cabin had everything we needed to fish hard all day and recharge overnight. Easy to make our own meals but we enjoyed one great dinner at the Grizzly just steps away. Definitely recommend this cabin. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful.

The cabin was amazing as well as the view of the Madison River. Greg and Tracie were extremely accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. Hope to come back and spend another week or so in the future.

Nestled right on the Madison River, this beautiful cabin offered a wonderfully peaceful retreat. The 45-minute drive to Yellowstone's West Entrance is incredibly scenic, making the commute a pleasure rather than a chore. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit.

What a perfect place on the Madison River, whether you want to do Yellowstone, or fish, or just relax on the deck next to the soothing sounds of the river!!! (We had watched The Madison on Netflix and it had us wanting to seek out just this kind of location!!)We were looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle (and expense) of the West Yellowstone area, and this place was just what we were looking for!!It was still only 30 minutes away from the West park entrance...So it wasn't a big deal for us, as we wanted to disconnect and get away, but do be aware that there is no wifi and no television reception or Direct TV..But cell signal was excellent at the cabin (we have ATT), so we were able to stream using our phones as a hotspot connection for the Roku TV. And the owner has a ton of DVDs to watch if you'd rather watch the screen instead of sitting on the deck watching the fly fishermen just steps away!One other thing of note is that the bedroom is upstairs in a loft (very comfortable bed!) and the stairs are narrow and a bit steep.,.was not a problem for us 70 year olds but something to know about).Will we be back?? ABSOLUTELY if we are ever in the area again!! Tracie and Greg were excellent hosts with an excellent property!!!
