The hot water system has a panel controller, and simply switching it back on should restore the hot water supply. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. At the same time, I would like to sincerely apologise for the distressing medical episode involving your dog. I was very concerned to read this, and I am truly sorry that your stay had to be cut short as a result. The safety of our guests, including their pets, is extremely important to us, and I regret that this experience did not meet that expectation. We take your feedback very seriously. Following your comments, I will remind my cleaners of a thorough inspection and clean-up of the outdoor areas to ensure no hazardous items remain. Once again, I am very sorry for what happened and hope that your dog has recovered well.
