In Bryson City, just on the cusp of the Great Smoky Mountains, this completely restored mountain cottage awaits! This 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental is set about 13 miles from the whitewater rafting mecca of the south, the Nantahala Outdoor Center, and where the Appalachian Trail crosses the Nantahala River. For adult recreation, head to Harrah's Cherokee Casino located only 14 miles away, while family day trips to visit top attractions in Asheville are just a little more than an hour away!

Location: Bryson City- All Vehicle accessible, including motorcycles.
o 5 minutes to Down town Bryson City
o 15 minutes to Cherokee’s Harrah Casino
o 5 minutes to Great Smoky Mountain Railroad
o 25 minutes to Nantahala Outdoor Center
o 1 hour 30 minutes from Gatlinburg
o 1 hour 30 minutes from Asheville

Amenities Provided: Cabins include basic linens, kitchenware, and a starter supply of paper products and toiletries. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

Other Things to Note:
o Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent is 25
o Pet Policy: This cabin is pet friendly. We do charge a $75 (non-refundable) pet fee, per pet. Only dogs, under 40 pounds are allowed at this cabin.
o Wi-Fi: This cabin includes Wi-Fi for your convenience. Please keep in mind that mountain weather can occasionally cause brief service interruptions. Wi-Fi is always available at our office and throughout downtown.
o Concierge Services: Grocery delivery, celebration packages, early check in/late check out. Additional fees apply. Based on availability and cleaning schedule.

After spending the days out on the trails, soaking in the hot tub under the stars hit the mark. Plenty of linens, lamps, fans, and easy checkout procedures. Close to town, but you wouldn't know it while enjoying the outdoors. Not secluded, but quiet neighbors-even during the holiday weekend. Easy access to the house without steep roads or driveways. Great stay!

Girl's mountain bike weekend

Great location for our girl's weekend. Bryson City is a great touristy town, and Tsali mountain bike trails are SO fun. Cherokee casino nearby, too!

Sweet little mountain home

Reviewer Comments: The Bryson Gap Farmhouse is a sweet little mountain home that is part of a community of small rental cabins that are well spaced for privacy. It is not elegant, but is certainly very nice, comfortable and spacious for a family of four. It has a large well equipped eat-in kitchen, and a grocery store is 5 minutes away. My favorite part is the wide front porch with rocking chairs and a beautiful mountain view. It is far enough up in elevation to be away from traffic and have a nice view, but is still less than 10 minutes from downtown Bryson City and 20 minutes from the Deep Creek entrance to SMNP. It is very reasonably priced for the setting and convenience. We already have reservations to stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine until 7:00am Sunday morning when the landscaper came and weed whacked the entire property for almost 3 hours straight. To his credit, when I asked him he was told by the property owner to get it done.
