If you are looking for a centrally located condo that is fun and family friendly, this is it! Casa 29 is walking distance to the world famous Tamarindo surfing beach, shops, and restaurants. Casa 29 will offer you a cozy and peacful place to start and end your adventures each day.

Centrally located to everything Tamarindo has to offer including the beach, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The unit is in a complex called Villa Verde 2, off a quiet residential street and a 7 minute walk from the beach on a dirt road. The complex has two pools, parking, and 24 hour security.

There are two (2) bedrooms upstairs. The master has a queen bed with attached bathroom. A second guest bedroom has a Full Size bed also with attached bathroom. Both bedrooms have outdoor balconies, AC units, ceiling fans, dressers and closets for ample storage. In the downstairs living area the couch has a foldout bed as well.

The main level living area is built for comfort as you prepare for your days out or relax after a day of adventure. A fully-functional kitchen and large bartop style dining table makes it easy for eating and socializing in an open concept environment. The bartop table doubles as a generous work space if you choose to work remotely, with high speed internet. There is a SmartTV in the living area. There is also a washer and dryer unit in a mudroom available for use.

The condo is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The condo is managed by a local property management company so there will be local support should anything happen during your visit. They are also your on-site Concierge so please do not hesitate to contact them with your Transportation and Tour Booking Requests.
