Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom cottage nestled on La Bête Golf Course. Located in a peaceful setting, this charming retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility for your ideal getaway.

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the cottage. The spacious living room boasts a fireplace, creating a warm ambiance that is perfect for relaxation and cozy evenings. Curl up on the comfortable sofas and enjoy streaming channels like Netflix and Prime on the large flat screen TV, providing endless entertainment options.

The cottage features three bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Soft bedding and ample storage space ensure a restful night's sleep. Wake up refreshed and step onto the large deck patio to enjoy your morning coffee amidst the serene surroundings. The deck is perfect for unwinding, offering a peaceful space to take in the views of the golf course or fire up the BBQ for a delightful outdoor cooking experience.

You will enjoy the bike path, golf courses, winter snowshoeing on the golf course, and the proximity to both Tremblant and Mont-Blanc ski centers.

The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the UPPER LEVEL. The UPPER level of the home has it's own private entrance

- THERE ARE OTHER TENANTS IN THE SEPERATE APARTMENT ON THE PROPERTY IN THEIR OWN UNIT SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF NOISE! ANY NOISE DISTURBANCE WILL CAUSE YOU TO BE PENALIZED.

MUST TAKE OUT GARBAGE. THE GARBAGE BINS ARE IN THE COMMON AREA OF THE COMPLEX WHERE ALL THE COLLECTIVE BINS ARE PLACED:
- Green bins for recycling
- Brown for Compost (Do NOT throw this in black bins)
- Black for other garbage

PARKING: There is only one vehicle parking at the property. If you have more than one vehicle please make sure to not block the path to avoid disturbing neighbors. You must park the other vehicle at the visitors parking area which is a short walk away from the property! Any disturbance to neighbors caused due to parking on the path will cause you to be penalized.


- Check in is after 3:00 pm
- Check out is at 10:00 am
- No shoes in the house
- No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property.
- No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
- Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
- There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
- There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- We may require guest ID prior to arrival
- Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup. Kindly use makeup removal pads or the black towels provided to remove makeup.
