Terrbile Stay

Ive been going to reunion for 23 years steady twice a year, this home we stayed in is run down and poor maintain nothing but issues, and I looking for a discounted rate on the final invoice for the inconvenience. Talk to the front desk they have copy of the orders put in for repairs, i can be reached at 305 796 6525

Great!

Everything was great. Only issue was getting in the house initially. Waited 30 minutes for security to show up and let us in. Then the engineer had to fix the whole lock. But overall a beautiful house and loved the resort!

Good but needs some repairs

The house we stayed is good for 8 people traveling together. But as it got older/somewhat antiquated, there are areas that need to get repaired or upgraded. First of all, WiFi receptions are not as good overall. Particularly bad were the second floor bedrooms, master bedroom/its bathroom area. Second, in the master bathroom, sink on the right side did not function properly. In the kitchen, a water faucet not functioning all and the right refrigerator making a beeping sound early in the morning.

Sorry for the less than great review but we have been going to Reunion for 4 years and this is the worst home and the most expensive we have had. The house was spacious and the outdoor area was great and why I chose this home. However, there was unexpected construction from 6-7am until dusk EVERY day of our vacation. We were unable to enjoy the outside space at all due to the noise right in our backyard. Many homes warned about construction this one did not which is why I chose it. There are many TV's and too many remotes for all of them. Need a tutorial for the tvs. 4 of them did not work correctly and took several calls and visits from staff to get them working 4-5 days into our week. They never could get the outdoor TV working and we were unable to watch the superbowl outside. There was no tutorial for the ones that did work so difficult to use and we are pretty tech saavy. Also need a tutorial for the oven and espresso machine. Unable to use those. Wi-Fi is horrible. Don't plan on it. Nice location on the 13th hole but you can hear the traffic starting at 5am on the expressway nearby. If that bothers you then find a home closer inside the resort. We haven't decided if we will return next year.

Very clean and nicer than the pictures. Asked for pool/spa to be heated. They said they would and it never happened. So we couldn’t use hot tub. Shower in master bedroom would not get warm. Had to shower in another bathroom. House not equipped for cold weather. Hard to get room temperature above 65.

Outstanding!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful we had an AWESOME time my family are ready to return for round two. I would recommend Reunion Resort to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation rental.

Great!

The Legends Palmer home was beautiful and we enjoyed the trip. We will be back. However, the home could use some attending to detail. The home wifi does not reach the entire home, including the theater and game room. Both the theater and game room have amenities that require wifi to use them (streaming movies and signing into game consoles). Therefore, neither was able to be utilized as desired. Only one of the outdoor fans worked, making it impossible to utilize the patio in the July heat. Many of the remote controls had no batteries, did not function, or it was unclear how to use them to work the systems. The refrigerator doors do not close well and the alarms were always activating. I am only pointing out items that could have made the stay outstanding, in hopes they will be attended to for the next guests. We enjoyed the stay and will be back. Thank you.

Not so good

We were not too pleased with the living arrangements. The house itself was as described but there were several problems during our stay. The three different guest staying in the upstairs bedrooms all came back With what appears to be bedbug bites on all of the upstairs guest. The house had several problems including the refrigerators alarming all three days we stay there, the icemaker not working, the freezer is not keeping things frozen, multiple ceiling fans and televisions not working and several other problems. We have rented homes of this capacity in the past and not had issues like this. It's a parent that this property is not being maintained to the standards that one would expect with this type of resort. we were offered another house to move to but this would've required packing everything up and relocating in the middle of our stay. I would encourage the resort along with the owners to take a hard look at the maintenance schedule for this house and do what is necessary to make it except For the cost of this rental.

Amazing Property and Resort

The house was one of the most incredible houses I've ever stayed in. Hot tub and pool were great and overlooked the golf course. We were even able to see the Disney fireworks from the house! Property restaurants and water park were also great!

Great!

The space in the house was wonderful for us and our guests. However, there should be instructions on how to use the TV's. The towels, soap and starter items were not of the quality that I would expect. There was no extra toliet paper that could be found. Home is lovely. They can certainly improve on remembering their guests would like what a 4 to 5 star hotel supply in the bathrooms.

Retreat House

Starting to age a bit, two of four freezer drawers were stuck, we could never get the hot water to work in the kitchen. Pool table had no chalk, so it was unusable. Game upstairs had a bad joystick, so also unusable. Overall very nice size, just lack of attention to detail.
