Summary:
Set in a fantastic location directly adjacent to a quality hotel this beautiful well-appointed apartment has lots of natural light and is spacious whilst also feeling very cozy. The interior is fitted with all modern appliances, is warmly lit, full of character and has beautiful garden and lake views. A large deck located off the lounge provides incredible views and is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. A second private deck off the master bedroom provides a great space to enjoy a book or morning coffee. With views towards Lake Wakatipu & directly overlooking well maintained gardens full of birds, this retreat is a quite location close to great restaurants and either a scenic walk, or quick bus ride to town. With Free unlimited super-fast fiber WIFI, Netflix & private parking.

The Space:
This quality apartment is fitted out with all the luxuries you might desire being away from home. With quality new furniture and brand name modern appliances. Originally our building was part of a hotel apartment complex, now it is privately owned.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
This single level two bedroom apartment has the master bedroom equipped with quality King bed fitted with luxury linen and its own private balcony and private on-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The second bedroom is smaller being equipped with a Queen sized bed also fitted with luxury linen and private on-suite bathroom with shower over bath, its WC is also separated from the bathroom, so can double as a shared Water Closet, if desired.
Lounge/Kitchen:
The lounge and kitchen area are combined with both having great views. The kitchen is equipped with all modern quality appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, rice maker, large fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven plus hob and dishwasher. All cutlery, utensils, plates/bowls etc. are provided. The kitchen also has all the pots, pans and kitchen items you'll need to cook a meal. We do not provide food.
The lounge is equipped with a Samsung 55 inch Smart UHDMI TV so you'll not go short on things to watch. If you download the Samsung app to your device you will be able to cast all items onto the TV. There is a foldaway dinner table and chairs stored off the lounge, for those more formal occasions. There are two large quality super comfy lounge chairs and four throws to relax with, one sofa being a Queen sized sofa bed.
Sit back and enjoy the incredible views and quite location via the balcony, you wont regret it! Its a great place to recharge after a busy day, or the perfect spot to start a days adventure from.

The Neighborhood:
Located directly adjacent to Kamana Lakehouse hotel this residential area has amazing wide panoramic views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across to Kingston. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible scenic walks including into town. (Great photo opportunities)
A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian restaurant and bar, fish & chip shop are all within 2 minutes walk.
Their is a public bus stop directly opposite providing hassle free easy access to the city center and a children's outdoor playground is 3 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!
Getting Around:
Just opposite the apartment is a bus stop. It is a 5-minute, $2 ride into central Queenstown every 20 minutes, early until late.
Alternatively, a taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. "Uber" is also very cost-effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive!
Interaction with Guests:
When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!
