The stunning mountain views are unforgettable, and our cottage provides a peaceful retreat to rest, relax, and soak in the expansive nature and beauty. A place to disconnect, and reconnect with nature, offering infinite opportunities to experience the great outdoors and everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer!

You are on vacation and it is very important to us that you enjoy yourself! Please let us know if there is anything you need, we live nearby and we will accommodate you to the absolute best of our ability:) If you are looking for suggestions on the local area we are more than willing to be there for you! We also understand that every guest has a different preference on how much interaction they have with the host. We try to be aware of each person's individual wants and needs and completely respect your privacy.

The Tahoma Ridge Cottage is located in an upscale, gated community of 20+ acre lots with beautiful custom homes. The cottage shares a 20 acre parcel with one other visible home, the Next nearest neighbors are nowhere to be seen:-) The community is located on Forest Reserve property with access to the Nisqually River, miles of groomed trails for hiking and horseback riding, parks for picnicking and rivers for fishing! An outdoor lover's paradise!! The Nisqually River Forest Reserve also includes an abundant wildlife population. Black bear, cougar, elk, bobcat, deer, grouse, eagles and dozens of other species of wildlife have all been spotted in the area. We truly hope you enjoy everything this cottage and the surrounding area has to offer!

You have exclusive private access to the entire cottage. The cottage also provides your very own personal oasis right out front with deck chairs, a privacy curtain (conveniently blocking the view of the only neighboring home anywhere to be seen), incredible mountain views, and a fenced back yard area (unmaintained dirt and gravel area for our guests with furry friends:-)

**Loft Bedroom: Queen size bed. 2 Twin beds (provided by the trundle bed noted in pictures)

**Be sure to look closely at the picture provided regarding the steep stairs leading to the bedroom loft. Those with decreased mobility may find these tricky...Careful...keep an eye on the kiddos:-) There is a safety gate located at top of stairs to protect little ones when they are up in the bedroom loft area:-)

**2 Flat screen TV's (52" and 36") equipped with Chromecast (allowing guests to use their mobile device to stream their favorite content from their personal accounts)

**A few games, toys for kiddos, and books to enjoy!
**BBQ Grill (small, charcoal grill - Please bring along charcoal if you have grilling plans)
**RV Parking and 50amp power, water hookup (please inquire)

**We love our furry friends and they are welcome on a case by case basis (Pet Fee: $15/pet/day required)! Indoor dogs 25lbs max (please inquire if larger) and no max on size of outdoor dogs. (2 dogs max in total unless special circumstances and discussed prior). Our long term guests are welcome to inquire about a discounted pet fee. The cottage has a fully fenced back yard area that pups are welcome to roam off leash in! However, the fence is not secure enough to leave dogs unattended so owners Must be physically present if dogs are off leash inside the fenced area.

The Tahoma Ridge Cottage is located in a rural area and a vehicle will be necessary to access any local amenities. Upon entrance into the gated community (a keycode will be provided to each guest prior to arrival), the last few minutes of driving will be on a GRAVEL ROAD. Out of respect for the community we require that ALL GUESTS DRIVE UNDER 20mph ON THIS ROAD! Speed over 20mph will NOT be tolerated by the community members and they WILL quickly report anyone driving over 20mph. There is a home with amazing homeowners adjacent to the cottage. The home and adjacent area are not included in your rental. Please respect their privacy. There is a somewhat steep gravel drive to the left of that home that leads directly to the cottage. There is plenty of parking space conveniently located directly adjacent to the cottage :-)

We do our very best to provide our guests with a wide range of amenities to help make everyone's stay as convenient and comfy as possible:)

The cottage is equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer, oven/stovetop, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, paper towels, silverware, knives, coffee pot, toaster, microwave (no dishwasher), blender, toaster, fresh sheets and towels, extra blankets, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, toilet paper, bath/shower, hair dryer, iron, 2 flat screen TV's (52" and 36") with Chromecast streaming capability (enabling our guests to use their personal accounts to watch whatever they choose), smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

**Liability Waiver:
All activities on this property are undertaken at your own risk. By staying at The Tahoma Ridge Cottage, you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during your stay and agree to hold harmless the Property Owner, Host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC from any and all claims or liabilities.

This includes, but is not limited to, the use of outdoor features such as the hammock, which may pose a risk of falls or injury if not used with caution. Additionally, guests should be aware that the staircase leading to the bedroom loft area is steep and may be hazardous, particularly for young children, individuals with limited mobility, or during nighttime use. Use of the loft and hammock is at the sole risk of the guest.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injuries that may occur inside or outside the home, and for the safety of everyone in your party. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept all such risks and agree to waive any claims against the Property Owners, Host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC for any incidents that may arise on the premises.

All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver, and that confirmation of the reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement between all guests, the Host, Lakeview Getaways, LLC, and the Property Owners.
