Wildwood's Ocean Front Condo

Our spacious 2-bedroom condo is right on the boardwalk and has a fantastic beach/ocean view. It is above the Polish Water Ice store and you will get a $30 gift certificate with any weekly rental. You can enjoy a view of everything Wildwood has to offer from the porch. When inside you are in the privacy of your own "little world". We are located between two amusement piers and a short walk to the Convention Center. This condo features a modern kitchen and living room, brand new 75 inch flat screen TV, outside shower and parking. We just updated with new dining table, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms were just furnished with new bedroom sets. Don't miss out on this great deal! You can choose any week. Book it before someone else takes it.

Family Fun - great location and very clean. Something for everyone.

This property was very easy to rent. Tom the owner kept us informed and even called us on check in day to make sure everything was okay.

Great location on the boardwalk

This rental is right on the boardwalk, so convenient. Tom, the owner, is responsive. Proximity to the beach and shops can't be beat!

Perfect place!

Our family has finally found “our” place. We absolutely loved it here. Perfect location for our family and even the kids said we will no longer stay anywhere else in Wildwood! Tom was great to work with and we can not wait to come back next year!

Unbelievable location!!

Coming to Wildwood my entire childhood and now as an adult with a family this property was a dream!! Right on the boardwalk next to all our favorite things. Clean, updated, the owner Tom was wonderful to talk to. 100% cannot wait to return!

Can't beat being on the boardwalk

Great place to stay. Amazing location (especially if you like water ice). You just can't beat having that view of the ocean and the ease of access to the boardwalk. Great fun to simply sit on the balcony and watch the action on the boardwalk. We'll definitely try to book again when we come back.

Perfect location!

Much larger than it appears in the listing. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We had a little issue at the start of our stay (the unit had not been cleaned), but the owner was great and took care of it quickly. Great communication with owner.

Just what we needed!

The family room furniture has been upgraded since the pics on the app it’s a very comfortable place. Perfect location, owner is easy to reach and helpful. A couple items were needed and we received them right away after asking. The polish ice water is delicious downstairs!! Would definitely recommend staying there🤗

Hidden gem

Such a beautiful spacious condo, directly on the boardwalk. Tom was very easy to deal with and responded to our requests and concerns. All needed items provided in a full kitchen. Great to have a washer / dryer so we didnt need to bring all our dirty wash home. will definately stay again.

Great location

My son and a few of his friends stayed in the condo over Memorial Day Weekend. They all commented that the condo was much nicer than the pictures. Their favorite part was the balcony over the boardwalk. They loved to sit out there and relax and also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive to emails and texts.

Incredible Find at Wildwood!

1st class from start to finish. Tom the owner is such a pleasure to deal with, he'll walk you through the entire process of where to park and how to get the most out of your stay. Place was incredible as pictures don't do it justice. Location! Right on the BW at the best spot next to all the fun including Morey's! Don't miss out!

Hidden Gem

I was a bit nervous walking down the filthy alley to the property property and the spot light was out. Once in the property it was beautiful and clean..the perfect location. I did contact the owner about the light and he sent someone to fix it the next day.

Amazing!

This was my first family vacation. Tom was very kind, understanding and even assisted us when HomeAway failed to communicate with him. I plan to come here once every year. Word of advice to Tom: the pictures of the condo do not do it justice! I expected something smaller, instead it was so spacious and a simple walk to everything. The water ice was amazing and my son and I became addicts lol we even walked all the way down to the third location when the others were closed. You will surely hear from us again!

Best Place in Wildwood

We really enjoyed our stay here. We couldn't have lucked out to get a place right on top of the boardwalk. The condo is clean as well. I stayed at some great places on VRBO, and so far this is tied with a farm house in the mountains of Vermont and this on place on the Boardwalk. Watching the fireworks on Friday night was perfect. You couldn't ask for a better location, and then when "On the Boardwalk" started playing afterwards it was a very summer nostalgic feel that we will never forget. It's even nice that the main bedroom has a IKEA style spring mattress that reminded me something I would sleep on in college to my own memory foam mattress at home as at least SOMETHING to look forward to for going back to. If not for this, I would have locked myself inside and stayed till Tom kicked me out.

Great place, great location, great owner

The best single feature is the second floor patio right over the boardwalk. Great place to chill and people watch especially in the evenings. It's right between two of the Morey's piers as well -- very convenient. Being right on the boardwalk you might be concerned about noise, but the bedrooms are in the back and very quiet. We are light sleepers and don't go to bed late and had no issues. Another great feature was the parking pass that allows you to park free at any metered space. We only had to park more than one block away a single time all week and it's also useful for parking at restaurants and water sports places. The place was large, comfortable and well-equipped. The washer / dryer was very nice for not having to overpack and being able to wash swimsuits and towels frequently. The owner Tom was very helpful getting us in and explaining how everything worked. We would definitely go back.

Great views, nice accommodations, less than ideal entrance

Overall, we had a great stay and my family really loved it. The apartment is much nicer in person than in the pictures, the kitchen is well stocked, and being right on the boardwalk was really awesome. Tom was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Some things to consider when thinking about this property: - Linens are not included with the rental. We used a linen rental service so that we didn't have to worry about it. - The entrance is in a back alley that is pretty sketchy. There is a lot of store trash lying around and there is a sketchy breezeway right by the stairs. I was worried that we would have to use the broken down shower next to the stairs but luckily, we were supposed to use the nice white one. - There are two flights of stairs to get up to the apartment and the inside stairs are kind of steep. If stairs are an issue for you, you may want to reconsider. - If there is a concert hosted on the beach during your stay, it will be loud in the apartment. There was a band playing on the beach right outside the apartment when we arrived and it was very loud. All other times, the boardwalk sounds were not a problem. - The internet was not the best. It was very slow. If you need to work while on vacation, it might be difficult. - You are not able to park next to the entrance to the apartment. You have to park and then walk down the alley to access it. I suggest bringing a beach wagon to unload luggage and groceries.

Great location for the whole family

Great location for the whole family. Right in the middle of everything. Only moved the car once. Easy walking distance to everything. Beach access right in front, polish water ice and pizza right below. Rooms are good size with plenty of room. Tom was amazing and always easy to get in touch with. Hopefully our family has found our yearly family vacation spot.

Family of five in Wildwood

Excellent location. Easy access to the board walk and the beach. Great spot for people watching. The Polish ice cream is a must, it was a great treat. Tom, the owner, was very accommodating and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if we choose to go back to Wildwood.

Great Getaway!

The listing is exactly as advertised. Excellent location on the boardwalk for food and entertainment. Your right between two piers if you have kids. The owner Tom was very helpful during the whole process and was especially accommodating with any issues we had. The pictures do this rental no justice, its a bit roomier inside then it appears!

Our family has been coming to Wildwood since the 1980's with our 4 children. We decided to build when we found this boardwalk location. Now we get to enjoy the smiles of our 13 grandchildren as they enjoy all the fun the beach and piers have to offer
