This one bedroom plus loft takes advantage of its top-floor, riverside location at the Lodge at Lincoln Station. Take the elevator and walk across, or the side entry staircase nearby. Enter a small foyer area with a closet to hang your things (and spare chairs) on the left and a full bath to your right. Step beyond into the open living area. The kitchen is to your right, with all the major appliances. Beyond the eat-at kitchen island is a comfortable living area with comfy sofa and flat screen TV. Step outside to the spacious deck with river and mountain views. To the left find the primary bedroom with a queen bed and more great views. Head upstairs from the living area to the loft space, where you'll find a twin over full bunkbed.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has built-in air conditioning in the living room.
