This beautiful home in the heart of Arcadia Lite Phoenix with views of nearby Piestewa Peak. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of charm. The wrap around yard is spacious with a swimming pool, outdoor seating, and BBQ. This home is located a short 5 mile drive from Old Town Scottsdale with downtown Phoenix about a 15 minute drive.

This 4bdr/2ba Home is an Arizona Gem located in the heart of the Phoenix lifestyle area. This iconic AZ home is 1,793sq ft. bursting with style and comfort. Spacious great room, open concept kitchen ready for entertaining and separate office area for remote working. This home features an outdoor sanctuary with plenty of patio space, perfect for your family gatherings or just relaxing by the pool. Surrounded by the best restaurants and shopping, only minutes from the airport. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.



SLEEPING AREAS:

Master suite with queen-size bed and en-suite full bathroom

Two private bedrooms with queen-size beds

One private bedroom with twin size bed

Guest bathroom in hallway



COMMON AREAS:

Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, office and a fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.



(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)



PARKING:

Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, 2 Garaged. No overnight street parking allowed.

72` HDTV in living room with Samsung Live TV. Streaming apps available, bring your own passwords.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!



When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.



LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.



Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events



If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.



Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).



OTHER NOTES:

*NO PETS ALLOWED

*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.

*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard*

- Any nonresidential use;

- Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule;

- Housing sex offenders;

- Operating or maintaining a sober living home;

- Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography;

- Operating a nude or topless dancing;

- Obscenity;

- Adult-oriented business; or

- Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39



Disclaimers

As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.



The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.



This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $350, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

You will have access to all areas of the home. You also have access to the laundry area if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.

Getting Around:

We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 5-20 minutes to many popular destinations.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Overall the home serves its purpose. The inside was clean and had everything as described. The hot water tank provided warm water at best but everything else was fine. The listing could use some updated images or better care outdoors. The pool area has overgrown weeds and the landscape outdoors is unkept. The pictured grass area is actually just dirt. The house was fine but needs updated images.

Outdoor area was great and the house was charming. The window in the living room was so fun to look out of especially during the crazy rainstorms! Pool was clean.

5 star all the way. Well appointed, super clean, quiet neighborhood, pretty centralized for everywhere we wanted to go...this was a perfect spring training hub. A variety of kitchen staples were available, as were a number of small appliances, plenty of silverware, dishes, towels. Pool was very clean and refreshing, communication was excellent. We certainly will come back to this house for our next ST getaway.

House was clean, private, and close to restaurants and shopping. Waymo was fun to try out in phoenix and was at the house in 2 mins to take us to airport.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. It was very clean and simple decor, clutter free vibe makes for a great vacay. There were lovely kitchen surprises and we had everything we needed. One of my favorite stays. Thank you!!!
