Whether you are cooking in our gourmet kitchen or relaxing in the primary bedroom suite, the ocean is all around. The six-person dining set in the open-concept living room is perfect for enjoying lunch while playing card games or doing puzzles. Have breakfast at the other six-person dining set just off the kitchen. Finally, light the fire table on the deck at dinner and watch the fire on the water from the six-person outdoor dining set.

The Villa offers five comfortable sleeping spaces. The first bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed, direct access to the main floor bathroom, and a deep closet. In the living room the grey chair unfolds into a single bed. No stairs are required to reach either of these spaces.

Up a mid-size staircase find the expansive, breathtaking sun room. The indulgent sofa in this room unfolds into a queen-size bed. Off of this room is the second bedroom, including its own ensuite bathroom, one double bed, two single beds, and more closet space.

On the other side of the sun room, find the immaculate primary bedroom suite. This bedroom is the height of luxury. The king-size bed faces gorgeous ocean views. Enjoy ample storage and cozy seats ideal for curling up with a good book. Around the corner find the private ensuite with jetted soaker tub and separate, spacious walk-in shower. Turn on the gas fireplace and truly enjoy the good life.

This home is designed for luxury and your convenience. Come back from beach combing and shower off the salt spray in the outdoor shower, then slip into the hot tub and feel any lingering stress melt away. After your hot tub, escape onto the huge upstairs wraparound deck through the access off the sun room and sunbathe while you take in the ocean from a bird's eye view.
