January stays typically start on January 2nd. February is only available with a January booking. A February + March booking is only available with a January booking or a February + March + April booking. The condo association charges a separate fee, starting at $153, that is not included in the listed price. The association conducts a background check and requires a minimum 7-day approval. The condo association charges a $100 application fee and $53 background check fee for each US resident adult and a "fast track" approval fee of $75 for bookings made within 15 days of arrival. International background checks are $115 per adult. The Vrbo quote system is not capable of handling these fees and we have to charge 11% tax if we collect the fees so they are not included in the quote and must be paid separately.
