This Townhome is one of the most sought after new constructions, offering a prime location and a wealth of amenities. This multi-story townhouse features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with heated floors and in-suite facilities. This home offers every amenity you need, including central AC to keep cool in those Summer days, in a spectacular location that offers the best of everything, and you can even bring Fido along! Just a short walk to the Village, you''ll have easy access to the Gondola for a quick trip to Canyon Lodge. Grab a bite at one of the many restaurants, enjoy shopping, coffee and more. The convenient free shuttle also is right at your door step to take you throughout Town. Split over 3 levels, this home offers a 2 car private garage (no shoveling needed!), 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and heated floors, Air Conditioning, an open great room with gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings, and private laundry! The open plan gourmet kitchen features Alder cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel farmhouse sink and all stainless top of the line appliances. On the main level is the private deck with BBQ gas grill, private hot tub where you can star gaze and look up to Lincoln Mountain and Chair 22. The dining and living area on the middle level offers space to dine, socialize and cozy around the gas fireplace on the comfortable in the beautiful furnishings. The Master bedroom on the top level features a King bed with flatscreen Smart TV, the second bedroom also on the top level features two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds to accommodate 4 and a flatscreen TV, both with beautiful en-suite bathrooms, fully tiled with heated floors. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen with flatscreen TV, and adjacent full bath accessed from the hall with fully tiled walk-in shower and heated floors. A private washer / dryer makes it a home away from home. All Mammoth Reservations guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club, to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. In addition to the many wonderful features and amenities of this home, guests also have access to Summer Equipment inlcuding 2 stand-up paddle boards and fishing rods. For Winter convenience, guests will have access to a ski locker at Canyon Lodge making it even more convenient to store your equipment! This townhome sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is pet friendly and non-smoking. It is ground floor entry, with two levels inside, please note all living space is on the 2nd floor. The unit comes with a 2 car private garage (garage clearance is 6'10" and the garage is 15'9" wide and 22' deep). There are outdoor parking spaces at the property, available on a first come first serve basis. Our calendar is updated in real time. We enjoyed our space and the time spent here. Stocked with what we needed and loved the access to the amenities. Only thing I would recommend is bring your own pillows for more comfort. Otherwise, great stay and good communication!

Convenient location, short walk to the village and the blue line right outside the property to get a ride to canyon lodge. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortably fit our family of 6. Nice decor, clean, easy check-in, check-out and stocked kitchen. My only negative was that I was expecting a bigger living area. The pictures of the living/dining area made it seem bigger than it was. We had a great trip overall and would recommend this property.

The home was clean, well appointed, and close to the village. I really enjoyed the place except the poor internet and the TV only worked one day due to the internet problem. They had Apple TV which was nice (which we could use one of the nights) but we were unable to stream any Netflix or other internet options such as Fox Sports to watch the playoffs. I think the internet/tv options need improvement but overall, I would stay again. The private hot tub was nice!

Beautiful Home away from Home

House was beautifully decorated, well-stocked and situated close to town and the Gondola. Quiet neighborhood. Having a private hot tub on the balcony was the best.

House overview

Enjoyed the house and very close to the village and slopes. The location was off the main road and quiet. House the nicely furnished and clean. Will strongly consider staying again.

Mountain biking

This was a great location for mountain biking in the summer. We watched shooting stars from the balcony spa and was able to use the garage to store our bikes.

Fall Visit to Mammoth

This was a very nice unit. Great to have three bedrooms and three full baths. There was more than enough space for four adults and one standard poodle. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliance/cooking tools. The beds were very comfortable. It is in walking distance of Mammoth Village and coffee shops and eateries. Mammoth reservations answered questions promptly and was kind enough to let us check in early. This is a really nice pet friendly property and I am sure we will return for future trips.

Expensive but worth it!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and the light and newness of this townhome. It was lovely. The master and downstairs bed were very comfortable. I understand the top bunks were just standard mattresses, and the kids in that bedroom moved to the bottom bunks- maybe in hopes of more comfort in the mattresses, but hey, they’re kids. The appliances are also brand new, and the oven was a little tricky to figure out, but was good once we did understand it. We loved the idea of hot tubbing- just couldn’t get the water to heat all the way to 103. We’d definitely return!

Great Weekend in the Mountains

We had a wonderful stay at the townhomes. We have stayed in Mammoth several times and it was really nice to have "our own place" versus staying in a condo or hotel like we have done in the past. The garage was roomy, but it was impossible for us to fit 2 of our cars in it, granted we had two very large vehicles (an F150 and a lifted Bronco). However, there was plenty of parking along the curb so parking was not an issue. It was such an easy walk to the village and the shuttle was right at the end of the road. The house itself was perfect for our group. The main floor was great for gathering and cooking together. There was plenty of space to cook, hang out on the couch and all enjoy a meal together. Each bedroom had their own bathroom, which was also great and there was no fighting over shower time. Having the private hot tub was also a huge plus and was such a treat at the end of the day. Pool towels were provided, which was much appreciated. There were only two things that need a quick fix in our opinion, but did not change our overall enjoyment of the property. First, all the beds did not have a bottom, fitted sheet which just made sleeping a little odd. I'm wondering if that was an oversite. Secondly, the AC stopped working after our first day which was very disappointing and made for hot sleeping in the upstairs rooms. However, we were able to open windows and use the fan provided. Hopefully an easy fix for the next guests! We definitely want to come back to stay again.
