Let's go to the BEACH - Reef Club 204

Right on the beach with a heated pool, hot tub, and tennis court. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect family vacation spot. Many recent updates in the furnishings and decor (2019). The master bedroom has a King size bed and both a slider to the balcony and a Romeo and Juliet window for additional water views. You can lay in bed and enjoy the sounds of the surf, keep cool with the ceiling fan and watch TV! The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a privacy door for the toilet and step-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a Roku smart TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, Roku smart TV, and two doors, one opens to the kitchen, easy to sneak a midnight snack! The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower, perfect for getting the little ones cleaned up. The coastal comfy decorated living room has a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and the sofa is a queen sleeper. The dining table is large, perfect for a family meal or game night. The full-size kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect meal. Stainless Steel full-size appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. There is a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit, how convenient. The property is well kept with a large heated pool, hot tub, newly surfaced tennis court (2018), and gas grills for your use. This unit has free secure WiFi in the condo and comes with an undercover assigned parking space (6'8" clearance), the vehicle too tall? we can help accommodate. Don't forget to ask your rental manager about the free PERKs, like bicycle use and DVD movies.

Family Vacation

We arrived to find the floors not swept, coffee pot leaking all over the counter, ice machine did not work in the refrigerator, dirt and dust clinging to and blowing out of every duct, bathroom tiles broken, baseboards falling off, several electric outlets got very hot when in use, sliding door had broken rollers, which made it very difficult to open and close. If you went on the deck and no one was inside you were stranded until someone came to let you in. One elevator was broken and the second one stopped working about 1/2 way through our stay. It would not come to the ground floor unless someone when to another floor and sent it down to you. Very difficult for elderly and those with wheelchairs and beach carts. I took pictures and reported all of this to the management company. We love The Reef Club and the whole outside areas. We have stayed in other units there and was very impressed but not so much this time. The property company was very receptive and said they would address our concerns.

We’ve been renting here for 12 years and absolutely love the reef club, the area it’s in and the family friendly atmosphere. This condo was probably one of the less nicer ones that we’ve rented. There are quite a few repairs, updates and some TLC needed, but it served its purpose.

Great value and location

The location of this property was definitely fantastic. It's right on the beach and close to a bunch of local restaurants. The condo itself could use some updates and a deep clean. The walls are dirty and the shower could use a good scrub. The toilets are old and constantly run. Other than that, our stay was great!

Condo was clean and spacious. We couldn't have asked for more. Handle on balcony door was broken but still functional. Great vacation. Will def be calling on you again!!

The condo was descent but the pictures are very misleading There was moldy tiles and caulking in the shower The check in was very hard to locate after hours and caused frustration. Once we were there very loud construction started at 830am every morning After being woke from a dead sleep with what sounded like a jackhammer removing tile above us we tried escaping to the pool but it was miserable. We had to go to the beach to have peace. I did call the property management and was told there’s nothing they can do. Maybe there should be a disclaimer when there’s renovations happening. Very displeased.

Relaxing beach vacation

The unit was very spacious. There was plenty of room for my family of 6- four adults and two kids. The location can’t be beat. The balcony isn’t ocean facing but you still have a nice view of the gulf and heated pool (!). There were many different TVs and choices of streaming devices as well as cookware and storage in the kitchen. Couches and beds were comfy. However it IS a rental unit so there’s not the care that a homeowner would put into it. The sliders from the master to the balcony were stuck and barely opened, bathroom was rundown and tiles were moldy. The Juliet balcony door was jammed closed with a screwdriver! But again, we were on vacation and there for a week, so those things didn’t really bother me. I was there to enjoy some fun in the sun and I did!

Lovely Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Reef Club. Great location and large, updated condo. Any issues that did come up we’re dealt with quickly by property managers. Would definitely come back!

Indian Rocks Beach Getaway

The perfect vacation setting. Although the weather didn’t cooperate and we couldn’t use the amenities, being on the beach and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was wonderful. The Plumlee reps were extremely pleasant. That being said it was not convenient to have to drive to a different location for check in and checkout. Also for the amount charged this unit needs to be upgraded. Both bathrooms were not in the best of shape and the kitchen was also in need of some renovation.

Very old and run down property

The door was rusted, the master bathroom smelled and the shower was covered with mold. It is very much in need of a remodel. The rugs were worn and dirty - from the welcome mat to the rugs on the balcony to the carpeting. The A/C was set to a fixed number and you could not change it. It was at least 80 degrees though the thermostat said 75.

Great location

Great location, nice beach, nice pool, hot tub is not fully functional. Apartment need some renovation. It was clean but old, no pots and pans so if you plan to cook it will be hard because what's in it is so old and beat up it is not healthy to cook in it. You can rent all you beach equipment for good price.

Was a was a great trip, Condo was well stocked, ans we had everything we needed... Would definitely stay again.
