Large Lake View Home in Tahoma for 1-12 months lease. No short term available.


We are located at 368 Sunnyview Drive, Tahoma in the Glenridge Development off Hwy 89 on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe.
We have a large living room with fireplace overlooking the deck and the views across the lake. The kitchen overlooks the large great room. We have replaced the poker table pictured, with a second large dining table in the great room. All this looks out onto our deck with spa and views. We also have a regulation pool table in the rec area.

We have a game room on the entry level, with a professional pool table, wood stove, and adjoining bathroom/sauna combination. This entry level floor also has the fully-equipped laundry room.

There is a two-car garage and space for three cars under our deck.

In the winter, we provide snow removal. Off the garage is an unfinished rec room with a ping pong table. See pictures. Also 40 feet behind our house there is a sloped fire road which makes a nice easy sledding run in the winter.

House is fully furnished with linens and sundries.

Roxana’s home is absolutely wonderful. Spacious 6 bedroom & 5 bathroom home with a stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, two large dining tables, pool table, sauna, ping pong room, basketball hoop, and deck with amazing lake views. Special house just above Meek’s Bay. Walk to Sugar Pine SP, walk down to Meek’s Bay Resort, or head up into Desolation Wilderness to hike nearby. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Hope to stay again.

Magical month in paradise

This is an amazing house in an amazing location. The house is just a short (10 minute) walk down to Meek's bay and a quick drive to some of the best hiking and views in all of Tahoe. And the house itself is an amazing place to host friends and family, with so many amenities, luxurious bedrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend August with our family and friends.

Amazing ski vacation!

House was perfect for my group! Despite having a group of 12, the house felt very spacious and we never ran out of hot water. Roxana was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub, sauna and fireplace were lovely after skiing and the pool table and ping pong table were a crowd favorite. Not to mention the house had an amazing view of the lake! Close to North and South Lake Tahoe (as long as the road is open by emerald bay). I’d recommend this house to anyone planning a large trip to Tahoe.

Clean, beautifu and warm house

We came to the house before Christmas, we have spent one week in this house with my family. the house is very clean, beautiful, the kitchen and living room are big enough for a big family. We enjoyed our stay in this house. The owner is very nice.

This house was perfect for

Despite the fires in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely house, staying indoors alot more than we anticipated. The kitchen was big enough for several cooks and the perfect place to congregate, comfortable living room couches accommodated 10 adults well and were great for hanging out. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were large and beautifully tiled. And we had fun in the game room. The owner was very helpful, and we had a great time.

Loved Our time!

This is our second time staying here. Two years ago we came with my in laws loved it so much we came back with my side of the family. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure the cleanliness is covid free, loved all of the extra touches they added from two years ago. We were able to see two bears roaming the cabin what a beautiful site. You are close to Meeks Bay, trail running, etc. we plan on coming back! Thank You again for all the memories!

Perfect Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we could possibly need and more importantly it was very clean and well maintained. There was definitely pride of ownership. We had a nice view of Lake Tahoe from the deck and really enjoyed the hot tub. Wonderful family memories were made and we hope to come back!

Nice holiday home

We spent 3 nights in the house. The house is clean and very cozy with excellent sauna and jacuzzi. During these three days we ride kayaks, horses, bicycles, and a helicopter. It will take you about 30 minutes from home to get to all these entertainments. Of the minuses of this house, this is check out, because you will need to complete a whole list of actions.

Beautiful Home

We loved staying at this property! My family was celebrating my parents' 60th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect space for 12 of us (with 2 babies). The kitchen is very well stocked, with plenty of kitchen implements, cookware, small appliances, dishes and flatware. There was a good supply of paper products and linens for the bathrooms as well. We loved the area - it was very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to Meeks Bay and drive 15 minutes to Tahoe City. Also, the owner, Roxana, was a pleasure to work with! We would love to stay at this property again.

Beautiful, Spacious Place With Lovely Views

This place is perfect for a big group. We were 9 of us and there was plenty of space. The sofa in the living room is very comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The views from the deck are amazing and the hot tub, pool table and bbq are a nice touch for a relaxing weekend. This place is close to Emerald bay and the hikes around are easily accessible.

Perfect for multiple families

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Other than to sled in the backyard we never left. Between the pool table, hot tub and endless views you won’t want to go home. This location was perfect for a winter get away. The snow and the sled hill out back had the children thrilled for many hours! We did have a hiccup with the hot tub being cold when we arrived but Roxanna was quick to respond with instructions and we were able to use it the next day. We would definitely recommend to others and intend to repeat our trip to this home again next year!

Gorgeous winter getaway

What a gorgeous home and location. Our family just came back from staying here. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We had two very good snow storms, so we were able to see a foot of fresh powder. The snow covered trees with the lake in the backdrop created such a spectacular view! The layout is great and can accommodate a large extended family. A very spacious home and yet feels very cozy. The home has everything you need. The check in and check out process is seamless. Do not hesitate to book this home for your Lake Tahoe getaway! We definitely want to come back.
